The person in this trade only wants one of the pups from me. Would it be fair if I only gave them the 2010 pup? Or would I need to add something (to either side)?

I'm pretty sure that's unfair to you.. both your pups are worth roughly about the same and I'm sure several uncommons isn't worth an '08 rare. But I might be wrong so don't take my word for it.
