Hey there and welcome to the F.O.C. Center which stands for Feline, Other and Canine. :3
I have had a major craving to design new characters but many of them I don't want to keep so I thought I'd start one of these up. I know there really is nothing special about mine and there are many others to choose from but I hope you enjoy none the less. I will start at a higher price and slowly make my way down in value until they are completely free! :D Enjoy please and respect my designs.

So you wanna be an artist on here, huh? Well that's great! But first we need to cover a few things.
Firstly, if you wish to follow through with this you must properly fill out this form, that means don't skip it and make your own.

Secondly, you have to be and stay an active member on here (unless life is too tough at the moment then PM me and we will talk), that means if you feel like it is getting boring you may retire.

Thirdly, when you finish a design you can send me the picture and what I require for the character design to post it and I'll post it on here.

Lastly, at the bottom of the post 'Adopt or buy here' you see the coded form that is easy to pick up? Well you will have one of your own created for your needs. What is requires though is a Bid section, a form for the costumer to fill out and the characters ref picture. Other than that is yours to choose. :3
