"Well, I imagine that all the past cats would be killed, driven away, or taken hostage. The new cats would probably just take over completely." Rowan shrugged. "I mean, I guess that's how it would work."

Lonelight strained terribly to listen, his ear against the dog door. Sighing, he shook his head. "This is my job. I'll have to go in." He mumbled to himself.

[Kanaria]

Gigee's eyes glanced to the window. No wind. She smiled "Listen for the doggy door." She whispered "Then wake the dogs up. That's right Rowan, and lets say they were called... Vantri. Thats what must have happened. But where are those cats know, I wonder..."

[Sake]

Lonelight shook his head. He knew he'd curse himself for this later, but he was interested in these two. He slowly slipped into the dog door, putting on his most casual face.

Rowan started. "Well..." He turned as the doggy door creaked, a thin tom slipping in, and yowled. "It's a cat! Come on, stupid dogs!"

[Kanaria]

"I AM A SQUIRREL!!" Gigee yowled. Three dobermans woke up. "Squirrel?" The shouted "Cat? DINNER!!" The ran to the room, and spying the slim tom, ran at him.

[Sake]

"Augh!" Lonelight's fur stood on end and he darted around the room, narrowly escaping the dogs' teeth. "Hey! Kitties! I can tell you about the Vantri! Tell you what happened to the old cats!" He yelped as a dog tore the fur from the tip of his tail.

Rowan watched and glanced at Gigee. "What do you think?" He meowed.

[Kanaria]

"Now you little dogs." Gigee said "You don't want to eat that trash, it's not a cat or a squirrel." "Ish not?" Said one "Wash is it?" "You have to give me time to figure it out." "Ok. Want good food." They padded out of the room. "So you, start talking before I call you a squirrel cat." Gigee turned to Rowan "Dogs aren't that scary if you know how to talk to them."

[Sake]

Rowan twitched his whiskers in amusement. "They sound funny." He muttered.

Lonelight watched the dogs go and spat at them indignantly. He walked to the counter and jumped up, staying clear of the two kittypets. "Now, let me see..." He turned to lick his ruffled tail, helping the fur lie flat. "You two are a bit nosy, hm?" Lonelight turned back to them with a sly grin. "Where would you like me to start?" He purred.

[Kanaria]

"Lets start with the Vantri. How they started, and we will go from there." Gigee said

[Sake]

"Ah, okay. I'll try my best, but it might not be accurate..." Lonelight frowned. "You see, it began with a pawful of rebels. These rebels were all cold-hearted and they enjoyed the thrill of the fight, unlike the original cats, EchoClan. It started with a cat for each skill, leading, mothering, fighting, hunting, spying, healing, and knowing." He muttered. "EchoClan was mouse-brained; this would be the mistake that caused their downfall. They let this group grow and thrive, not once did they take the life of any of them."

[Kanaria]

"What happened to Echoclan?" Gigee asked, intrigued.
