The Red Shield Is Broken... *Accepting*

Erica let out a silent cry as she slammed into Karl before she hit the ground, her swords clattering to the pavement as she glared up at Haji before she pushed herself to her feet again. She winced and held her side, turning to check on Karl. A small red trickle of blood trailed down her lip from bitin it on the impact with Karl.

(Muahaha~! I'm finally back at my computer, I haven't been able to use it in two days.. Bleh, I've realized just how much I dislike using my phone keyboard and why I often don't |D)


Max watched as Karl closed in and was about to jump and duck out of the way before he saw Haji's little stunt. He cocked a brow and straightened up a bit, glancing over in the bleeding Chevalier's direction. He gave him a slight nod, his 'macho' way of saying thanks without letting the actual words leave his lips.
The Red Shield member glanced over as Erica was distracted for a split second, he used that chance to swoop in and kick her deadly swords out of her reach, getting dangerously close to both Chevalier's for a moment. He also used the opportunity to try and fire a few more bullets at Karl before he was out and needed to reload on ammunition. Max was an opportunist, he used every chance he got to try and use some sort of strategy he had locked up in his steel vault of a mind.


Roxy had heard the commotion from her little apartment room and had let curiosity get the better of her, ghosting out of her home and towards where the sound was the loudest. She quietly hunkered down and peered around a corner, seeing a great scuffle happening. Her sapphire orbs widened as she saw a giant beast coming at a man. She sniffed at the air, scenting on what these beings were. More shock was only to come as she realized that most of the creatures there were like her, except they were full-blooded Chevaliers. She was only a Half Blood, the other part of her lineage was human.
The young artist narrowed her eyes slightly, wondering what on earth they could all be fighting about. Was it over territory? A girl? Old rivalries? A meal? She mused silently to herself, confused on what her kin could be so avidly squabbling over.

Haji saw the nod and returned it, holding his side. He watched as Max kicked Ericas katanas out of the way and out of her reach. He knew however that such an action would only last so long. Haji wasn't completely sure as to why this whole fight had started, but he probably wouldn't have caught wind of it if Karl hadn't been making such a racket, or left a blood trail so close to his home. Haji lifted himself off the wall when the fallen form began to move again.

Karl was outraged! How dare that skinny fool toss his servant at him! And how dare Erica fall for such an obvious attack. The brute shrugged her off him, hissing and snapping his jaws inches from her face. The beast clicked audibly, narrowing its ruby eyes at the two good doers with extreme disdain. He was going to rip them to shreds when he got his claws on them. Karl tried one last attack, appearing as though he was going to attack Max, but rebounded last second and pinned Haji to the ground. The two chevaliers struggled, Karl ripping at the older males abdomen. Haji wasn't a push over however and got his feet under Karls belly, pushing. The beastly Chevalier was ejected upwards, landing on the floor on his back in the center of the street. He squirmed for a while in such position, surprised, before getting up and loping away, leaving the scene a mess.

Erica gave a hiss before she snatched up her Katana's and darted after Karl. She knew he was angry, and that she'd be punished. She had learned the hard way not to object to Karl, never again did she go against his word.

Solomon just watched the battle as it played out. He caught the scent of another person, but the person wasn't completely human nor completely chevalier. But he didn't pay much mind to it. His gaze was locked on Haji mostly. But, his thoughts were rather mixed up. He wanted Haji to fight off his brother, yet he wouldn't be upset if the male was killed in the process. It was like a love-hate relationship, really. He sighed silently as he folded his arms across his chest. The blonde haired male soon slunk away from the scene. "I wonder what that was about," he mumbled to himself, unsure of why Karl would even go after Haji and the Red Shield member. Solomon thought that he'd pick off some easier target.

Max watched as Haji and Karl grappled as he reloaded his gun. He was about to help the older Chevalier out when the monstrosity of a creature was thrown onto his back to flail around like a fallen turtle for a moment. He cocked his gun and aimed at the brute as he made for a hasty retreat. He scowled slightly, seeing his last attempt to wound the beast missed.
Max huffed out a breath and stood upright. He had been basically unscathed, save for the having been slapped like a b*tch part. He cast his gaze over to the heavily wounded Haji. "I am thanking you, my friend. I know I would have been in very bad situation if you had not been choosing to intervene." He said, giving the Chevalier a deep bow. "Unfortunately my job is not being done until Karl and his accomplice are either apprehended by Red Shield or rendered.. not threats any longer." He said, glancing over at the trail of havoc the menaces had left. "I will have Red Shield repay you for your hospitality." Max said before he turned and started jogging after the big blue brute and Erica.


Roxy blinked and watched the four fight amongst each other, ducking down as she watched the blonde headed one walk past where she was hidden. She stayed frozen for a moment before finally peering out again at the remaining two. She cocked her head slightly, unsure of why any of what just happened happened.

Haji watched Max bow to him and thank his for his help. Haji cocked a brow, not used to being thanked for his services. He only sighed though as the Russian man trotted after Karl and his servant. That man was going to get himself killed. Haji didnt focus on that too long however. He went after Solomon, determined to find out why the blonde haired man hadnt helped stop Karl. "Solomon." Haji called, voice deep as he walked up behind him. His wounds were still pretty bad, but they were healing at an incredible rate. He also smelled the muddling of blood in the air, but didn't stop to investigate Roxy's scent.

Solomon stopped when he heard Haji call his name. But he didn't say anything in response.The male just turned slightly so that he could see Haji. "What do you want," he said as he warily watched him. Haji wasn't really in any condition to fight him, if that was his intentions, so he lowered his guard only slightly. He wasn't quite sure what he would want with him anyway. They hardly ever talked. In fact, most of their encounters were just fights from what he could remember.

Roxy stayed hunkered down in her spot, curious as to what would happen next. She couldn't help but feel like a bit of an eavesdropper but she wanted to know about what was going on amongst those that were like her. She hadn't even known any Chevaliers were in the area until just moments ago. It was perplexing to see that they were squabbling with each other when there were so few.. Wouldn't they want to stay close and keep their species alive instead of trying to kill one another? It didn't seem to make any sense to the little Half Blood...

Erica caught up with Karl, panting slightly as she held her side, which she was sure a rib had cracked or worse broken. She had slid her swords back into thief sheaths, jogging by Karls side.
