Kat narrowed her eyes curiously. "Just like that?" She bit her lip and looked around. "There are many more of you, aren't there?"

Kavaii sighed and nodded "yeah... 'fraid so..." he said as he smiled a lopsided smile

Kat blushed slightly and looked at him. "You said it was in the genes to shift, right?" She looked down again. She kicked some of the dead leaves around.

"yeah" Kavaii said, nodding softly as he walked with her

Kat nodded softly. She looked around and whispered, "It must be nice to be a wolf, huh?" She looked at him and smiled softly.

Kavaii nodded and smiled "it is" he said softly as he looked around, noticing they were in the forest

Kat looked up at him. "Do you regret it?" Kat squeezed his hand and looked around. She didn't really get the whole shifting. She'd only red it in books.
