Brittany heard the teacher talk but didn't really listen. Something aout finding the square root of .pizza? I don't know. She had been feeling tired, but like life was like nothing. She yawned

Snow blushed sicne she wasn't paying attention. "7?"

"Wrong." The teacher kept talking.

Mrs. Kiri "Do you have anything to say Mrs. Brittany?"
"Um, yeah, is the answer .pizza and a half?" Brittany asked
Mrs. Kiri "No, brittany, I'm sorry but that's wrong!" She yelled the last word "DID ANYONE PAY ATTENTION???"

Nikki gave the teacher her full attention, nodding when needed, writing down notes if something was put up on the board. But Nikki's atention doesn't involve listening. She always finds herself tuning out, but she likes it. Math is one class where she doesn't have to hear, or see bullying, or listen to every one's problems.
