Aradia stepped a it closer. "It's all right." she promised.

Rowan leaned farther away from her.

Aradia stopped, and sighed. "Well, I'd you aren't going to talk to me, I'll be in the river. You can join me, if you want." she said, and dived back into the river. Her legs turned into a long, glittering tail, and her jet black hair turned fiery red. Her icy blue eyes went forest green, and she smiled at Roawn.

Rowan gave her a weak smile back, but didn't move.

Aradia saw she had a book. "What book is that?!" she yelled from the river.
