Dresyn finally stopped struggling in bed. He was free at least. He opened his eyes fully and looked around the room he was in. He didn't understand where he was. the last thing he could remember was the rapids, the bear pawing at him. He was shaking and bandaged a bit. He bit his lip and looked around more.

Death stood up and looked around for something to wipe her tears away. She sighed and wiped the tears away with her hands before sitting back down and wrapping her arms around her legs silently. She looked at the sky and then back at the ground thinking about going back or not. She didn't want to go back, but knew her parents would find her anyway.

[Phanta]

Garrett looked down at Verona, sobs racking her tiny form. Something she'd said had angered the silverblood and he'd attacked then, leaving three parallel cuts in her arm before he'd recovered from his shock enough to do anything. Then they'd gotten out of there fast.

As they walked through the deserted park, Rona spotted a boy, not too far off. She was surprised Garrett hadn't smelled him and realized he was here already. As they approached him, she wiped the tears from her eyes she tried to get a scent from him. The only thing she picked up was wolf. She began to growl.

The boy stopped pacing and raised his head.

Dresyn went over and tried the door. Locked? Why was it locked? He bit his lip and looked around. Something was off about this place. And it was painfully obvious. He looked around, trying to understand.

The boy didn't seem to notice them, but Verona was trembling. She collapsed, trying to push down her inner beast. Claws lengthened from her fingertips as Garrett tried to calm her down. Her head began to pound.
