p e r s o n a l i t y: When others first meet Ariana Graye, the main thing they notice about her is that she is often bubbly and warm, though she can sometimes be a bit self-absorbed. She absolutely loves crowds, and enjoys being the spotlight of them when possible, though she doesn’t brag on herself to often.

Ari speaks her mind, and she honestly isn’t afraid what others may think of her, if she doesn’t like you then you’ll be the first to know. She likes freedom and space, but secretly the bubbly child has a major fear for small places that few people know about. However, no matter what she is doing Ariana is sure to liven up any room.

Once Ari gets to know someone better, her true colours come out. Behind the entire hyper, ditzy exterior, she is truly sad and depressed. Though at first most see a girl that tends to be strong willed and inclined to do what she thinks is right, they should take the time to look under the mask she has put firmly in place, for she is still a child. She values life, but also sees no real meaning to it, since eventually every one of them will perish from the earth. She will often leave without telling anyone, then reappear unannounced, getting her into trouble though it does come in handy every once in a while.

Ariana Graye is known for acting first, asking later. She tends to be impatient and rushes into things, and even though, she can be patient when it is needed, she doesn't like to. She is often active and alert, but can become laid-back and vaguely calm when nothing of interest is happening. Although she tries to follow the rules and do what's right, she breaks them from time to time, either because she sees that she has no choice, or because she thinks that it will only affect her, which is definitely a major difference between her and most other people in the world.

h i s t o r y: Ariana was one of the youngest experiments that the whitecoats created. She doesn’t remember much of what happened to her before the school, but she’s pretty sure that she was born inside of it since it inhabits even her earliest memories. Ari escaped with the rest of the flock and never looked back as they began their race for freedom.

d e s c r i p t i o n | i n | w o r d s: Ariana is on the tall side for a child her age, though this is a fact with most of the hybrids, but she reaches a height of 4’3’’ from nose to toes. Ariana is pale, her skin a milky white contrast to the darkness of her hair and eyes. The young avian’s limbs are long and willowy, like that of a dancer, giving her a sort of eerie grace in her every movement. Ari’s hair falls down to frame around her angelic face in large, deep brown ringlets, barely touching the tops of her slim shoulders. Her eyes are large in her small, heart-shaped face, and their color is the deepest of blues.
For her clothes, Ariana tends to wear tank tops and caprices’ or shorts, along with a small jacket. Of course, all of her tops have slits in the back to conform to her light wings. Though she doesn’t get to go shopping much, Ari does have a few accessories, such as bracelets, a ring, and a small cross that she keeps around her neck at all times, kissing it often for luck.

p e r s o n a l i t y: Blayne is the silent, brooding type. He isn’t one for words, and if you do get him to talk it’s most likely going to be in one or two word sentences. Many take his silent nature to be shyness, or they tend to find it a bit off-putting. However, deep down Blay has a rather caring nature, he just doesn’t feel like letting it show. Instead, he hides the nice guy behind a bad boy attitude and a thrill for danger. Always one to go on the hunt, Blay tends to look for a fight rather than stop one. He immensely enjoys taking out Erasers, and wants nothing but for them all to be extinguished. Truth be told, Blayne is a nice guy... Not. He doesn’t necessarily care about what others think of him, and he doesn’t tend to care about rules since he often breaks them anyways. Blayne does have a sense of leadership about him though, and despite his prickly outer shell he can be pretty down to earth and casual when the feeling arises.

h i s t o r y: Blay doesn’t talk about his history with anyone, and for good reason. The boy was taken from his home at the young age of 3 by erasers, soon transported to the school where he was experimented on and grafted with wings. Though everything went perfectly fine, and Blay came out with wings the deepest of blacks, for a couple of years, things were amazing. But something was horribly, horribly wrong. During a testing phase, the boy ended up accidently starting a fire in the lab, causing the whitecoats to run in panic. Soon after, he was thrown back in his cage and left there alone in the dark. That night, at the mere age of 13, Blay escaped from the scientists, killing one in his wake. For two years he lived on the streets as a gang member and a thug, earning the name ‘Ace’ for his skill at cards. Blay eventually got piercings and a tattoo of a single red tear in the corner of his left eye. Though he was caught by the whitecoats, and yet again escaped, this time with the flock, into freedom. He has never forgotten his days as a lab-rat, and plans to kill every one of the scientists before he returns to a life in a cage.

d e s c r i p t i o n | i n | w o r d s: Unlike the other bird-kids, Blayne is about the normal height for a guy his age, if not a tad bit shorter. His skin is pale in color, almost seeming to be ivory. Blay’s hair falls down in black waves to his shoulders, framing his pale face, his sideswiped bangs just barely brushing the corners of his poets mouth. Though his features may seem a bit feminine, it’s the eyes that will catch you off guard and strike your heart when you least expect it. A jolt of ice blue, Blayne’s eyes show pure hatred for many, if not all.

One can usually find Blayne Rider, otherwise known as Ace, wearing a tight, long sleeved shirt with slits through the back for his pitch black wings. He mostly wears worn out jeans and converse, along with a necklace with a black star on it that was given to him when he was a baby.
