This is my very first tablet drawing.
I got a monoprice tablet for my birthday and in addition to that my lovely girl redheart had her babies.

So I share a birthday with these lovelies.

I'm so happy:3

It's been moths between litters ( I breed fancy mice as a hobby)
This is like rain after a drought.
I had three pregnancies fail before these guys came along and now it seems two of my other girls will drop babies soon too. What an exciting time.

We got 5 (four are shown in the picture)

So adorable! Haha, I've got a ratsy girl of my own. Do people actually purchase your rats? Ya know because most people are like "Ewww!! Rats".

Actually I only breed what I need to keep my lines improving health/color and body type wise.

Any extras I give freely to other breeders who need them.

Your right though, most people think they are gross, which I don't get.
I think they are just adorable, but that's the "beauty in the eye of the beholder" thing right?

I know, I think rats are beautiful! Well my rat is hairless, i mean she is cute but not so much gorgeous XD. I also had a pet mouse who passed on in september. I bought her from my friend's brother who was going to feed her to his pet snake. Hahah, but as soon as my pet rat passes on I'm definetly going to buy a fancy rat from a breeder

I don't care what anyone says, the hairless are just as cute.
I have a thing for animals with the Russian blue dilution.
And you need fur to see that ^ ^

Very cute, I had once a litter as well, it's amazing. Aw watching them grow and get a fur and open their eyes, and the way they behave differently every single day.. I think it was one of the best things ever happend to me. ^^ Congrats!

Sadly redheart and all her babies died this February.
Almost 50 of my mice died that day in a house fire.

All I have left is two blue does from my original mice.
But my breeder friends have been very generous and supportive, in giving me
mice related to the ones that had died so I could rebuild my lines.
Never underestimate the power of a community <3
