Editable Dragon! (with lock alpha!)

Feel free to edit this Dragon, but first Read the rules! Allso I may add some more things to the dragon, Like curly horns, or a necklace, or maby even diffrent wings! This allso has lock alpha 8D
Rules:
1. Don't take off CS
2. Don't clame as yours
3. Don't take off sig
4. Use Lock alpha if it helps
5. Don't color scribely
6. You can edit the lines, but not to much
7. Don't use in adoptables
8. Color
