May swished her tail. "At least you seem friendly. I don't get many friends here. No one likes me since I'm quiet most of the time and keep to myself. But... I don't always like to be alone." May watched River Song and Spartan, who was following her and watching her. "It seems your sister already has someone looking after her." She flicked an ear, still watching. "It would be nice to have that once in a while... Maybe not in that exact way, but just to have someone take an interest in you." She said it quietly, as if to herself.

When Angel finished her share of the food that was in the bowls, she trotted over to a hay bale and climbed on top of it, lying down and resting her head on her fore-paws, waving her tail. The evening sunlight that seeped in through the barn windows made the golden retriever's fur shine.

Spartan chuckled and flicked his tail "Oh River, please... We all know that you and me would sire the best foal there is!" he said. He contiued to circle her. He snorted softly, inching a bit closer, but no more. He kept his eyes on hers as she watched him.

Emily lead Calypso towards the paddock. She opened the gate and walked the mare inside, CLosing it securly behind her. She began leading the uneasy mare towards two horses who grazing beside each other, Ace and May. She wanted to see how Calypso did with the other horses before she turned her loose with them. CAlypso was wary, but she followed Emily obediently. Emily stopped the mare, and waited for the other horses to come to Calypso, instead of forcing her to go to them.

May stayed back by the fence, warily watching Calypso and her rider. May pawed the ground and turned around to look over the fence, her white tail swishing slowly.

River backed up alittle when he stepped forward and turned when he circled "Your too kind Spartan now back up!" she neighed angrily rearing up and turning to kick out at him. She snorted and reared up kicking out with her front hoof clearly irratated. Her ears were pinned to her head like they would never rise and she threatned to kick him again.

Ace looked at May and smiled "I'll be your friend May, there's nothing wrong with being quiet. Trust me. Listening to River yammer on in Arabic all day really gets annoying, I only know the curse words since she seems to use them alot." Ace had stopped listening to May once she pointed near Spartan the stallion snorted and pawed the ground, he was definetly way to close for Ace's liking now. Ace reared up tossing his head and charged over to the stallion just as River was striking him.

May pawed the ground and backed up against the fence to stay out of the way. This stallion was so nice to her... And his brown fur shone in the sunlight to a firey-brown color and his muscles that could be seen in his legs made him look strong. May had to admit... He was a handsome stallion. Suddenly May shook her head, realizing she had been watching him, and turned away to lean over the fence again. What would River Song do to me if she knew that I fancied him...?

(Psst, looks like May's developing a crush. )
