In a lab located on a remote part of the Earth, disguised as a simple shack, a creature hatches.
This creature is not like any on earth. It is different, a mutant. It was based upon the deadly dinosaurs but given characteristics that should never be given to such a dangerous animal: Incredible stregnth, increased flexibility, and the worst: intelligence. For this intelligence was what makes this creature even more dangerous.
This creature was the first. The first of Nineteen Experiments to create dinosaurs with incredible power. Then one day, the unthinkable happened:
Excape.
Experiment 19 excaped from the facility first, as she had progressed to a level her mind was as powerful as most humans, sometimes even stronger. Soon after, the other experiments followed. Breaking out of their cages and restraints. The scientists who were not killed in the excapes soon became insane and had to be replaced. These new scientists made it their job to capture the Nineteen Dinosaurs and destroy them. They blocked off the entire area, thousands and thousands of miles were fenced in. The scientists debated about what they should do. They could not bomb the area, that would destroy the natural wildlife, as would gassing it. And the dinosaurs were top-secret. People would not fail to notice a large area barren of life. They would no longer trust the government. They could not send human teams after them because they would surely be killed. So the scientists reluctantly agreed what they should do. They created more dinosaurs. These dinosaurs were given slightly less power and the scientists installed a safety measure in each one: if the dinosaur failed to report back to the facility using a chip imbedded in their skull, a small bomb would go off in the creature's brain, killing it instantly. And any dinosaur could be controlled remotely using the chip and a controller. There were twenty controlled dinosaurs released into the area, their only job: to kill the nineteen excapees.

.: Basic Plot :.
Nineteen enhanced dinosaurs have broken out of a scientific facility and dispersed into the wilderness. Some dinosaurs have banned together for protection and better hunting. Others have chosen to name themselves. However, a team of scientists has created twenty more dinosaurs that they can easily control or destroy in necessisary. These dinosaurs have been released to track down, gain the trust of, and eventually destroy the nineteen who originally excaped.

Note: All species in this roleplay are small. So if you wanted to play as a large plant eater of T-Rex, please chose a smaller variety.

Mystic Pack
~Far from civilization, a strange wolf pack resides. They call a heavily wooded valley deep in the mountains their home. Each have a unique power, setting them apart from other wolf packs. Banished from their packs as being 'freaks', they took refuge here. Together, they formed a powerful pack, known as Mystic Pack. Here, young wolves can learn to control their powers. Although they are one pack, the different elements tend to keep to their own kind. They are all ruled by the same Alphas and Betas, but each pack has their own 'leader' which are below the betas. Each of these leaders teach the younger wolves how to fight, hunt, and control their element. Although not an official rule, one elemental falling in love with a different elemental wolf is highly frowned upon. Perhaps, if this happens, it may be best to keep it a secret...~

she tells you the story of how the four clans; appleclan, oceanclan, sandclan, and sunclan got there.
long ago, four cats; Sand, Ocean, Sun, and Apple (with their followers) landed on an enormous island. the four leader cats decided to follow their tradition and religions, so they started calling themselves Sunstar, Oceanstar, Sandstar, and Applestar. their ancestors led them to the island from a catastrophe. their last home was destroyed by a tsunami and only these cats lived, for they believed in their ancient ancestors. the rest were rogues. once they arrived, the four leaders were visited by starclan, who told them to make four clans. they all agreed on the territories and found the moonrocks and agreed on a gathering place, the great tree, which is where they first landed. sunclan and the rest of the clans struggled to adjust to the new ways, but it grew on them and now they all live peacefully.... or will they? you decide.

At graduation, your crew planned a big camping trip at the end of August as a so called, going away trip. -Storyline-

Ok, first off: This is not based off the book. There will be no Maximum Ride, no Ari, no Jeb. Different characters. Different storyline. The only things that will be the same as the books is The School, the bird/human splices, the erasers, and the company that started it all-Ibex. Now, on to the actual storyline:

Ibex was taking over the world. Slowly but surely, the massive company expanded, buying up smaller companies like a shark slowly eating up all the competition. No one noticed, no one saw. No one, that is, but a small group of scientists. The scientists dedicated their lives to stopping Ibex, but when that plan failed, they turned to the next alternative: survival. They belived that Ibex would eventually take control of nucular weapons and wreak havoc. They decided that the only way for the human race to survive was to adapt. Now. So, pooling their resources, the scientists built a giant labratory, and infiltrated hospitals worldwide. The labratory was mostly underground, and so escaped the scruteny of the general public. And so, they set to work on evolutionizing the human race, starting with stolen infants from hospitals, and occiosionly lost children who strayed too close. The scientists tried experiment after experiment, creating failure after failure, until, finally, they landed on something that worked-gene splicing. Wolf-human splices capable of morphing, bird-human splices capable of flight, cat-human splices with incredible hunting skills. The scientist got confident, creating super-human after super-human, forgetting to be careful. And Ibex found out.
Now, the giant labratory is empty. The scientists are dead, or in hiding. And the splices are scattered, lost and alone. All the splices, that is, but a select few. The unhappy ones, the angry ones, the ones who sided with the few remaning scientists. Their task is simple: Catch the other splices. Bring them back if possible. Kill them if necessary.
There are now two sides to this conflict. On one side, theres the scientists and the pack of splice-hunters. On the other, the rogue splices. And the rogues are making a pack of their own, getting ready to strike back, to gain revenge. Chaos rules.

The busy city of New York was full of horse a carriages fulling the roads, and people crowded the streets. The womens long dresses and huge hats walked proudly next to the suited men with their bowler hats and canes tapping the floor. The children playing on the pavement with there skipping ropes and pickpockets trying to avoid to get caught. The pubs on the corrners were full of life as usual, the park full of family's having a picnic on a sun day and the church bells ringing as someone gets married.

Set Here, A beautiful place in the depths of a mountain range... (houses are just under the slope and the shack is where the wolves keep clothing for when they shift back)

As you walk along the road you wonder why the hell it only ever happens to you... Its been (about) 25 days since you got bitten by that rabid dog, and for some unknow reason, your body isn't gonna give you a easy time about it...

Turns out you have some weird gene in your body that usually lays dormant within you... And it seems that when that Dog bit you,the dormant gene awoke and caused some pretty major things to change within you body, to say the least...

What happens to your Dna

For starters, your core body temperature has gone sky high, and you feel perfectly fine! Your eyes have seemed to change colour to a sort of amber or emerald green... Oh yeah, i might add, you've also found out you can shift into a wolf...

Not many people know about your gene, and you shouldn't tell people either, been as you'll probably be hunted down for it... So keep it secret from humans... The traps used are brutal... they clamp your back legs so tightly that you would rather die than be kept there... Or if your lucky, you'll be caught in a snare that traps your back legs and dangles you above the ground...

Where the Wolves sleep, its a cave... actually, a network of caves with one entrance!

You can't really change humans into werewolves, apart from by blood to blood contact, so your gene is pretty rare...


This is where the wolves roam, trying to keep from human contact when they have shifted...

You can hear the sirens wailing as you sit on the floor of a dark room, you can't remember what you did, but you remember hurting someone... and you liked it. You make no resistance as the police grab your arms and lift you out of the room, there is no point. They seat you down in a car, your family watching as you drive off... you're never going to see them again. They drive up to a concrete building. A man in a lab coat with black hair and a clipboard stands at the huge iron door. The police grab your arms about and drag you towards him. He gives you a sad conserned look and speaks gently to you;

"Your safe now, you aren't going to hurt anyone else. Welcome to your new home."

You are insane in one of two ways; you have a strange but small power that is driving you to insanity or you have been in a tramatic event and something that reminds you of that will turn you into a nut job. You have killed someone or done something bad because of your problem and been sent to an Asylum fro the insane. You are trapped in here with guards at every turn and a scientist that is 'helping' you with your problems but is slightly crazy himself. You must try not to kill anyone, get through your life here and... servive everyone else.

You have been taken away from your family the moment you started to show signs of magical ability. You have been trained for years and years at the Tower of Wizards, where the Wizards' Circle gathers. There are five kinds of wizards and they are all based of your personality; black, white, red, green and blue. You had to take a test when you first joined to see the wizard you would aspire to be. For many years the wizards have work peacefully with one another but now... trouble has arisen. There is corruption within the Circle, people bargoning with demons, devils, spirits of the dead. Friends are becoming enemies, old hatereds along the group are being reawoken. Even more dangerous; the tower seems to be turning against the wizards! It seems to have gained a life of its own; monsters wander the hall, doors lock and trap wizards in with them, people all up and disappear! The leaders of the Circles are moving against each other! The Circle is falling apart and just in time for them to be attacked by the Hunters; Witch Hunters that have been planning and plotting for long years against the Wizards. They believe that no mortals are meant to weild that level of power and many people are begining to think they are right. The Circle is falling apart and no one is going to help it. Perhaps though a few young wizards will be able to rise to the occasion and save their beloved home before all is lost.

To get this straight right away: THIS ISN'T HARRY POTTER! I love Harry Potter but if your looking for that kind of RP then I would suggest you go somewhere else. Another thing; this isn't The Gather, I don't really know what that is or what it's about but I am only using the test for it. Yet another thing, this RP was inspired by many things, but only slightly, the entire plot is all me; Dragon Age, Dragonlance, The Gathering (Test).

The way this is going to start out is that you are a young wizard, already part of the Circle or an apprentice. There has been corruption within the Circle, people killing the Heads of orders for there own gain, there must be a master planner behind all this but no one has found him or her. Not only that but strange things have been happening around the tower. Everything is falling apart and it seems to Circle is doomes, unless someone tries to sort this out soon then all hope is lost.

The Basics

This is Ravenloft a demi-plane that is attached to many worlds but the one you come from is that of Mystic, a midevil realm. That means no guns, no celephones, no computer or electronces or anything like that. Ravenloft is a realm ruled by evil people but you still have to play the good guys to try and escape it or set everything right. If you are really interested in playing a bad guy, which is going to take a lot of work, PM me and I'll send you the forum if I think you have a good enough argument.

One thing I am going to put out there now: THIS IS NOT TWILIGHT!!! I know some people are going to hate me for this but I personally hate Twilight, I don't have anything against you if you like it. It just isn't my kind of book and it gives the good old Gothic creatures a bad name. This RP is about the werewolves that are the mysteriouse murderes of entire towns, the vampires that seek and love but instead of waiting for her accpetance they force her/him to love them. This is not Twilight; if I see Twilight in here I will send your characters up in green flame and send The Dark One to get you.
