I'm not really sure how I feel about the 18th. I just have a feeling that there are probably a bunch of newbies that probably got ripped off in their trades because they didn't know what the 18th was, or know the value of their pets. And when I think about that, it kind of makes me ashamed to be a member here.

I know there are a lot of people who don't/won't do that, but I know there are probably a LOT MORE who wouldn't mind stealing a Sun pup at not even a portion of the value because, let's face it, "How will I get it otherwise?" is one of those thoughts that makes people do really selfish and mean things. It makes me a little uneasy.

I do love the chance at getting the older pets, though. I think it's really great that I'm not totally stuck in trade-limbo because no one is willing to let go of a 2008 for anything I could ever find XD I just hope members will suck it up and be better than that. Because it'd be really uncool if it ever happened to them and they know it.

I agree. Poor newbies trading their 08 release for a few 10 commons, it's not fair to take advantage of them like that. As knowledgeable members, we should be helping them out, not cheating them. It makes me angry

One word of advice... Don't trade that yellowish pup! People are dying to get it. And you got lucky to get it. That's all I have to say and congrats. ^^

Thank you ^^ And yeah, I don't plan on trading either of them, already checked out their rarity, but I plan on keeping them basically cuz I just really like them :3

I totally agree. I click on the pets and see who their from and the person that traded it to is between september and December. I love getting cool pets but I don't rip players off. I'd like a fair and simple trade.

The reason why I tend to trade with newer members is because they have a lot more on their wishlist. I, for one, don't rip them off. While newbies are the targets of scammers, not everyone who gets a December 18th pet from a newbie has scammed them for it ;]

newbies must look in the archive witch pets they have... it makes me very angry too if they give there nice pets away only because they dont know witch worth tere pets have... so please... LOOK IN THE ARCHIVE AND SURCH YOUR PET !!!

correct. i am the same as Aurora. i just found this newer member with over 3000 pets on their wishlist that i have they have a rerelease that i want and so i added a lot of more valuable pets and even offered to add more if needed

I can't believe I was lucky enough to get this lil' guy. Whether he's a unicorn or not I still will be so happy and never trade him away.

Your welcome and just be careful with who you trade they might scam you. I'd make a Locked group for him or the offers will pile up.
