The cream apprentice lashed her tail. "They got to be warriors before me. At only ten moons, too. And I'm eleven moons now!" she complained.

"Because Adderstrike was sick and he wanted to become a warrior with Mintlily........ Lupinpelt has her paws full with a dying leader and an ill clan." I said.

[Twilightmyst]

"It's still not fair," she grumbled, then got up and trudged to the apprentice's den.

I jump in front of her. "Let's get your mind off of it. Instead of grumbling around like a kit we can go hunt or something."

Solarpaw ducked her head. "Um...okay, I guess.." she mumbled, and blushed again.

"Well what do you wanna do?"

She shrugged. "We could go hunting, I guess."

I nod. "Lead the way."

Solarpaw flicked her tail and led Laketail out the camp entrance, past a couple gorse bushes, and into a small glade. "This is my favorite place to come hunting," she told him, lifting her chin to stare at the sky, which was semi-hidden between the leaves and branches.
