This is my first Dec. 18th...I really didn't expect it to be such a...well, sad event. Everyone just seems sad about what they got...

I think we were supposed to wait until Christmas to give our SS their stuff, but I already gave mine to them. I think they--and everyone really--needed something to cheer them up from the let-down.

Last year was a great year, the huge difference of off set [?] of this release is just sad. If it were like last year this atmosphere would be happier. [Is sites have atmosphere's xD]

All I want is a dog from the Balloon liter [Pink, Blue, or Non] thats it, and still no luck. Dx Back of to search. e.e

Last year, it seemed a bit like alot of people got their dreamies or rares or better and everyone was hyped up, but this seems sort of... sad...

Hmm yeah, I might go ahead and give some SS stuff but I want to see the results of a few of my trades before-hand since I definitely tried to trade for some things they wanted .......

But anyways, maybe the staff just wanted to keep the ratios down to keep the rarer pets, well, rare. Plus, maybe it is just completely random and ended up spitting out the more common outcomes. I will say though that the common second gens really shouldn't be included, or the most common rares either. Part of the fun for the other 18ths was the thought that all of the pets released were all decently valuable. Now, with all the spiders, rats, and uncommons; it just didn't equate to a WIN -n-

Ah good, so I'm not the only one who felt this year's release to be a little... lacking ;^;
It just doesn't seem right to give out less pets (last year we got 4) when there's even more on the site.

I agree this was a lacking re release. Last year was so much better, not in the sense that people got VR pets or anything, but TONS of people got their dreamies and I loved seeing people post about getting them on the 18th thread. It was so fun to see so many people happy, and this year so many people are sad. I even saw one person who got two of the same rats from this year. Bummer. :c

I sent my SS their stuff, since I feel like I need a mood boost, and I love seeing people happy <33 ;v;

It was just my opinion that today (yesterday?) would be a better day to give our SS their stuff to make up for the disappointment the 18th caused. Plus a lot of people are busy on Christmas and won't be here to give them their stuff.

And since none of us got fodder for anything much better...I dunno. I think it would be great if we could all gift each other and pull ourselves out of this depressing rut. I'd rather be talking about our gifts and thanking each other, and then getting back to hoard progress. Rather than all of us saying over and over again what we really wanted and how upset we are.

It's just depressing since I like to think we're all friends on here, and I'd rather we all get back to being happy, you know? I don't like seeing friends sad...
