I had no clue it was so bad this year- I got a dragon and a VR bunny x3 Now I feel horrid. And I don't really get why there were only 2 UR pets this year. Kinda weird, since we had a lot last year. I guess it comes with having so many new members- they should increase the amount of VRs given out next time. It really isn't fair for some of the newer members especially, who were looking forward to their first 18th and got uncommons.

I'm kind of glad there was only two. It's supposed to make it easier to get one with less pets.
I am pissed off at the ratio though. Why the heck there were so many pets released this year is beyond me. When I was offsite adopting I got 5 zebras. 5. Not one cucumber. Zebras have been in circulation since 09 so this means the cucumber is now one of the rarest pets on the site AND wanted by literally everybody.

The poor ratios goes for any pet. RBM? I saw one. Moon dogs? Two. 4 sundogs, 6 white julys, 6 lions, 1 UR tiger dog.... These are terrible ratios and does not promote trading at all. There seemed to be no shortage of Shima butterfly wolves though curiously enough.

I got an 08 creme advent and a tess dragon. The dragon, admittedly I have dozens of because I've been waiting for the darn thing to go rare. And it just gets re released. I do not understand what happened this year at all. The common 2nd gens were kind of a spit in the face. Are people ever having trouble finding those? No.

I've noticed the large amount of Shima B-wolves, too. It's strange that some pets are seen so much more than others, and yet valuable VRs are few and far between.

I got a toxic pup and an 09 rare butterwolf, plus my sister gave me an 08 skeleton pup so I'm pretty happy ^-^ Its interesting though that so many more VR's were released last year....I've seen quite a few people with the cucumber, UR lion, and a few with sorbets and zebras. I count myself lucky because offsite I just got a couple 2010 uncommons and a rare or two XD

Was it really that bad?? In that case, I count myself incredibly lucky to have gotten a toxic and a VR '09 butterwolf...especially since I'm a newbie. Also, was the adoption limit two in past years?

You are incredibly lucky, so a huge congrats to you ^^ Last year there were people that were able to obtain four Moondogs/Sundogs and heaps of people got VR pets. The adoption limit was still two, but there was a lot more people posting about the extremely valuable pets they adopted. This year I've come across one Moondog, a couple of Sundogs and Toxics, no Sorbets, one Zebra, and only two UR pets.

I've actually seen a few moondogs scattered about(besides mine), and maybe 2 or 3 sundogs.
I've seen kind of a lot of toxics.
Also, I've seen a few zebras as well.

I've only seen maybe 3 people with the UR Lion though.

wow its good to see some people getting awesome pets. i got two uncommons. it wasnt much different last year. and my sister got two VR's this year and last year she got the banana. it sucked for me DX.

I fear that the ratios did not help CS. Yes, we're getting further away from 2008 so the pets will be harder to get, but this is rediculouse. I have seen a MAX of 30 UR/july/augest pets so far (Real, not off-site). CS can't go all year with that few pets. Nobody will get anyweres in their collections. I was dissapointed with the way the 18th worked this year, though im glad I managed to get something good ^^'

I spent a whole lot of time on here the last 26 hrs and saw very little also..but every year on CS there are lots of pets and users added to the mix making each "high end" pet harder and harder to find...I seriously doubt admin had any bad intent ...its just the math...but very frustrating oh well still have 5 pages to go

Yes, exactly. The aim of Chicken Smoothie is to get a complete collection, right? So now that we've tipped over the 200k memebers mark, should they be re-releasing more of those hard-to-get pets? It just doesn't make sense to me =\

Perhaps, they just didn't figure it that way?
It just sort of happened... by chance.

And isn't it all random, or is there a certain percentage of VR's, rares, commons, etc that they put into the Dec 18th boxes?
