Shes right it's been answerd to about 3 times PER page.
It means you adopted pets OFFLINE off your account/
You can adopt as many as you want, but you can't trade them, or dress them up. You can just display them you can't even get them on your account.
But insted of the adoption limit, you can adopt as many times as you like.
It's mosty for people who dont have/want a CS account.
But alot of people (including myself) did it for the 18th to get rarer pets.

Just sent a trade for this dog --> as it was adopted on the 18th i assumed it was a re-release becuase im pretty sure iv seen them before, i paid heaps for it and i only found out it was an advent pet
