The lion is from 2009 christmas and turns into Toxic Lion, it should be atleast a rare if I'm correct.

I already have one it is a 2009 Christmas Uncommon. And what about the dog? I'm guessing a 2009 uncommon as well?

I remember getting the 2009 Ur dog from the Cristmas mystery box. Good times, good times X3

put it in a group and lock the group. At the bottom of the screen on that group it will tell you who can trade on that pet. Click on the link and click disable.
