Jensu looked at the ground, and then back at her. She didn't seem very excited. "We don't have to if you don't want to..." He said concernedly. "We can forget that this happened..."

[Malédiction]

"Oh no, I want to, it's just..." Cyber trailed off, closing her eyes for a short time, before opening them again, her eyes changing from it's original clam blue state, to an almost terrified, dark blue. "I can't do the quest Jensu." she finally said, pressing her head into his shoulder scales.

[Angry.Jackal]

"Why?" Jensu asked gently. He stroked her back with his tail softly.

[Malédiction]

"It's Slate. Before she got here, I knew I was able to, but now, I just can't. Any minute, she's just going to find a way to make me fail. Make me die, even." Cyber said, crying. She touched Jensu's tail with hers, savoring the moment.

Jensu sighed. "I understand how Slate makes you feel uncomfortable. But that's just the past. We need to think about the future! We need you with us in order to rescue Howler.If Slate tries to kill you, then all of us would proabably die. She may have been evil once, but she isn't stupid." He gently wiped Cyber's tears away, looking into her eyes.

Cyber smiled for a short moment, before frowning again. "Jensu, I want to ask you something." she managed to stutter. "Are you saying the truth, when you say that you wouldn't choose Sachar over me, or is it just to make me feel better?" she asked, swallowing her tears, and making herself look tough, but inside, she was ripping herself apart. "You're not just going to go tell Sachar that you wouldn't choose me over her?" she pressed on.

(Just trying to make a little more lively)

Jensu's eyes widened. "No! Of course not!" He tilted his head, frowning.

(LIES!!!!!!! lol jk)

Cyber looked up, uncertain. "I can't do this Jensu." she said, before turning around and flying out of the cave. She let all her tears out. She started sobbing, blindly flying through the trees, the branches whipping her face and scratching it.

Jensu started to follow her, staring after her in shock. Then he stopped himself. He narrowed his eyes and walked away. He saw a deer and angrily snapped its spine. What did he do wrong?! He always messed up. He carried the buck back to the others and said, "I went hunting. We can't kill an evil dragon on empty stomachs!" He said jokingly, trying to hide his anger. His face was cheerful like always, but his eyes burned angrily. He grasped his amulet, and the bronze armour folded over him again.

As a branch caught her eye just as she was opening it, Cyber crashed to the ground, ripping her wing on a stone. The gash hurt, but she somehow kept herself from crying. "I have cried enough already." she kept thinking, but she knew it's because she didn't want to bring attention to her. They would probably ask her why she has ran away in the first place. "I hope Jensu's okay. It isn't his fault." she kept saying. She shouldn't have left. She should have stayed, stayed to tell him that he would be happier with Sachar. Because, she was just.... she was just a worthless lump.
