Atlas twitched his whiskers slightly, finding the kit funny. He'd always made himself angry at how he softened around kits, but he couldn't help it. "You should make sure of things like that, but I understand your need to play and to have fun. You must be bored a lot." Atlas sighed. "Now, I want you to apologize, okay? You can have fun, but if Zan doesn't want to play, don't try to force her. Every cat needs their quiet time."

Screech glanced at his army mates. From Whisper, to Atlas, Grave, and Zan. Where is Silvershade? He asked himself, before shrugging and continued watching the kits.

[Sake]

Whisper yawned slightly and twitched her tail, listening to Atlas speaking to Grave in a hushed meow. It was funny, knowing that a cat like him had a soft side. She looked around for Silvershade, noticing she wasn't there. "She must be with the kittypet..." She mumbled quietly.

"Okay, Atlas." Grave said. He found his sister, and walked up to her. "Zan, I'm sorry for tackling you." He said.

"Okay, I forgive you," Zan said to Grave.

Screech looked around, bored. "I wish there was something to do," he whispered to himself. Suddenly, his ears perked with excitement at a new idea. "Does anyone want to patrol the twoleg place?" The smokey gray tom asked loudly, speaking to anyone who would care to answer.

[Sake]

Atlas watched him and nodded, smiling slightly. He glanced around and his usual frown returned as he walked over to the fresh-kill and took a small, thin mouse. He laid down with it and sighed, looking around at the camp. Hearing Screech's question, he ate the mouse quickly and walked over. "I'll go, I guess."

Whisper stood up and trotted over. "They've always got great herbs there!" She purred. "I'll go, if it's okay with you." She added shyly.

Screech smiled at Atlas and then turned to Whisper. "Of course you can go," he meowed softly, smiling at the two cats.

[Sake]

Atlas smiled at his deputy slightly, but it dissolved quickly. "Okay, I'm ready whenever you are." He mumbled.

Whisper nodded slightly and smiled back, her eyes bright and soft. "Thank you." She mewed happily.

"Ok," The smokey gray tom meowed, looking at Atlas curiously. "Let's go then," he meowed, starting to pick up him paw.

"Shall we go?" The silky white she-cat asked, smiling at her new friends.
