Anna took his hand and shook it gently."Anna,"She answered, smiling sweetly in his direction. She lifted to steaming hot chocolate to her mouth, taking a hesitant sip. It was still hot but she swalowed anyway.

Spencer smiled. "Pretty name.. Lets go sit at the booth, so we're not in anyone's way." He chuckled. He walked over to his window seat & sat down. He took a bite of his crescent before she started talking. He didn't wanna eat while she was talking. It was kind of rude..

Anna nodded and followed him to the booth, sitting directly across from him. She blinked repeatedly, trying to keep herself awake. Last night's party was a major mistake. She finally meets a guy who could be nice and she's half-drunk. She took another sip and began to talk. "So, what's your favourite place to go?" She asked rather awkwardly.

Spencer looked at her. "I'm kinda new here." He said. Rubbing his hand on his napkin. "I don't really have a favorite place, yet." He paused. "This is the first place I've been to." He smiled. And she was the first person he met here..

Anna nodded understandingly."I've lived here since highschool...If you're interested, maybe I could show you around, take you to the best spots."Her smile was so innocent and alluring, but she knew deep down inside she would do something accidently to screw this all up.

Spencer smiled at the girl. "I'd like that." He took the last bite of his crescent & sipped his coffee. He crumpled up the napkin along with the paper the crescent came in. And put it in the trash can. "When would you like to do this?" He asked.

Anna tapped her chin."How 'bout later tonight around 7:00. I've got some things to do before then. Let's meet back here, okay?" She stood, taking the last drink of her warm beverage before tossing it into the trash bin. She tucked the scarf she was wearing into her jacket, smiled, and opened the door out into the cold world outside and left,leaving Spencer in the shop alone without an answer.

Spencer nodded. He got up & threw his coffee cup away. He zipped up his jacket, & put on his gloves. He left the coffee shop, & went on his way to his apartment. He couldn't stop thinking about the girl. He was excited for tonight, but had a lot of un-packing to do. He groaned thinking about it.

Anna's cheeks flushed a deep red as soon as she had scurried away. Today had been so eventful! She enetered her apartment and jumped in the shower, raking a hand through her cherry hair.

Spencer entered his apartment. He shut the door, & locked it behind him. Walking into the kitchen, he started un-packing all the things that belong in there. Spencer was an organized freak. Everything had to be in it's place, or he wouldn't be happy. All of this would be done by the time he went to see Beth. He had already planned a lot of it out before he moved here. "This goes here.. Move this over here..." Spencer talked to himself.
