I don't get it...

This grows to be an uncommon. I know one result is very very popular, why was this rereleased? It's uncommon with only two very valuable results plus a bunch of possible results of only uncommon value...

There were '10 dogs released two which have common and uncommon outcomes. It's to ensure the economy stays stable. Not everyone can get a UR or a July dog.
