Hale and Zek reached the training area. Hale spotted two other people, one practicing and the other approaching. "Don't think I'm going to go easy on you cuz." She turned to face Zek who had already turned his bracelet into its sword form.
She smirked. "I was hoping you wouldn't." Her necklace became a staff and she jumped to the side as Zek made the first attack.

Zek scowled as his blade barely missed again. Hale somersaulted backwards and landed on her feet, racing around behind him to swing her staff at him. He spun around and countered, the two weapons slamming into one another. The two jumped away from each other and noticed that a girl was watching them. Zek took the oportunity to run foward and attack while Hale was distracted. Her eyes widened in shock and she pulled her staff up to meet his blade just before it made contact with her shoulder. She glared at him. "Must you always attack while I'm not paying attention."
He shrugged. "You do it all the time to me. Think of this as pay back." She smiled and their battle continued.

Zek smiled as Hale countered but then gasped as Hale used her staff to knock him over. He fell to the ground with a thud. Hale knocked his sword out of his hand and it clattered to the ground. "Alright. I give in."
She smirked, returning her staff to its place as a necklace. "I figured you would." She reached out her hand and pulled him up. He grabbed his sword which turned back into a bracelet, and high fived Hale.

Hale turned to face the girl who had been watching them. "Hi! I'm Hale, who are you?"
Zek shook his head. "Blunt much?" He smiled at the girl. "I'm Zechariah, call me Zek."
