This rats tail outline is different from other rat's tail.

The actual lines look the same... the bold black part is part of the fish's markings.

and also with this one if you look at the hind feet and tilt your computer back the bottom of the back foot and the top of the front foot designs make a sun/star (it is hard to see)

There's also another star-shaped thing at the very tip of the tail.

and theres only one thing I could see about the linearts, the Tang's tail looks like it doens't meet the body at the same place, but that might be the colorings and such.

It might be because the scruffy rat is... well, scruffy. They look exactly the same to me outside of the obvious messiness of the second's coat.
