Cherokee
Her black speckled wings were spread wide as she soared through the air, coasting on drifts and light breezes. Her deep brown eyes were on the land below, and she gave a couple hard flaps to get higher.

Nova swooped through the air. Suddenly, at the sound of a shrill squeal, she banked left an then dove towards the small vole.

Bear lazily preened himself in a tree.

Chouette flapped into a tree so she could fully enjoy her small meal.

Cat perched in a pinetree, surveying the area bellow.

Speck swallowed the last of the animal and landed when she spotted a pair of wing spread out over the horizon. It looked like an owl of some sort.

Zervan
He swooped through the sky, dropping quickly. He snatched a small mouse in his talons, pushing hard back into the sky. He banked to the right, catching a tree and latching to a branch. He ate his catch then looked around.

The owl swopped down to catch a mouse. Speck drew closer with each foot he she amazed. She had never seen such a wonderful looking owl before.

Nova hooted softly, calling out to any fellow owls that might be around. "Ho-o-o-o, hoot."

Chouette heard another owl. A barn Owl, by the sound, she shrieked in reply, and dove towards the sound.

Bear wondered where he could find a piece of shiny to see his reflection in.

Cat gulped down a mouse he had just caught, and then flew off into the twilit sky.

Cherokee
She swooped down, joining Zevvy on the branch. She looked at him, then jumped from the branch and extended her wings at the last minute. She landed on a vole and hooked it up, then soared back into the sky. She sat on a high branch and ate the vole, then did another dive bomb. She turned up, the wind fighting her back down but she made gracefully into the sky.

Chouette saw Nova. "Hello!" she called, happy to see another bird, and an owl no less.

"Hi!" Nova said, flying to meet the other owl. "I'm Nova." She said.

Chouette nooded. "Chouette." she said, extending a claw and scratching her left wing.
