Russetheart looked at Mudkit with venom in his eyes. "You tried to kill a clanmate. A kit even. You do not belong in Snowclan. You are a monster." With that he whipped into the nuresy to tell Nightblossam.

Nightblossam looked at of the nuresy at Mudkit. Her adopted kit was a monster. He tried to kill someone. He was no longer her kit.

"What is a monster? Something of mythical stories, or a state of being? I don't believe I am a monster. I didn't kill her, now did I?" He said, still sitting there as if nothing was wrong.

A trick??, she thought, feeling a bit dumb. Why in the name of StarClan would she do that?, saying this to herself. A while later, she was out of camp at a nearby stream. Leopardpaw was pattering at peebles while searching for herbs. Sighing, she looked at the snowy wasteland. Most herbs are dead, she thought sadly. Breathing in the icy air, she headed back to camp, tail and pawing making marks in the snow.

Sparkstream shoved herself up to her paws. "No, but you tried to kill her." She growled, even though her legs were shaking from the effort of standing up. She glared at Mudkit, trying to keep herself from looking as weak as she really was. She was so going to shred that rogue....

Nightblossam shoved her little ones off her and painfully got to her feet. "But you wanted to. You can find yourself another mother Mud" She spat the last word with malice. She had purposely left off his clan nameto show she thought he was no longer thought he was a clanmate. Then she hobbled over to her six balls of fluff

"We were just playing, now is that so bad?" He said, almost smirking. He believe he didn't do anything wrong.


Nightkit

He figured he was close enough to being an apprentice he could leave camp. He found Leopardpaw near a stream and padded over to her. "Hello Leopardpaw, how are you?"

Sparkstream hissed at the young cat, then limped off to the medicine cat den.

Batwing lifted Dovekit up and carried her back to the camp, setting her down beside Mudkit, whom he fixed his gaze on. "You'll be a skilled warrior someday." he remarked lightly. "But be a little kinder to your clanmates next time."

On her way to camp, she found Nightkit bounding over to her. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT OF CAMP?!?!" she yowled. "You are NOT allowed to get out! Back to camp. NOW,'' she meowed through gritted teeth. "I don't want to get in trouble for your ridiculous mischief or 'fun and games'. Come, now," she meowed without looking back and trotting back to camp, frustrated. Don't I have enough to worry about? Now a kit's breaking the warrior code, she thought. Leopardpaw looked back and said in a more gentle voice,"Let's go back to camp.''
