"Sky," she answered distastefully; she didn't like her name. Hated, even. It was too feminine and unoriginal. "Tell me, Stallion," she remarked, turning to him. "How large is your herd?" While she hoped she didn't have to deal with other mares, at the same time they could be her way out.

Raven

Raven glanced at the Mare then looked away a bit embarrassed. "you are the first mare in my herd Sky," He responded. "But soon I will get some more," He responded looking hopeful as he trotted along. "But this will give us time to get to know each other better, I am Raven,"
Tentatively returning to Rping

"Hmmph." She flicked her tail. "Fantastic," she growled, thick sarcasm in her voice. She sighed, getting impatient to get where they were going. (Writers block, and I have to go shower real quick)

raven

He glanced at her then herded her into the small valley crossing another stream to get there. "This is home" he said mildly

Full Name: Phoenix Fire
Nickname: Phoenix
Gender: Mare
Age: 3 years
Herd: None
Foals: None
Rank: None
Siblings: None
Distant Family: Ivy, Sol
Parents: Fyre, Wingburn
Personality: Phoenix is, surprisingly, a very gentle soul. She is easily offended, but doesn't shout or yell, and instead attempts to talk it out. She can be haughty and self-centered, but this is only on occasion and instead she is friendly and nice.
History: Phoenix was born, youngest of her siblings, and the most adored. She didn't grow up snobbish, though, and learned manners and how to behave properly without losing her head. She left her band at 2 years old, a has been hanging around other herds to have protection. She has yet to find a real, true herd though.
Other: None
Looks: Phoenix Fire

Full Name: Running Fox
Nickname: Fox
Gender: Mare
Age: 4
Herd: Not as of now
Foals: Yeah she had one, but it was a stillborn.
Rank: Lone Mare
Siblings: A sister and brother back in the land she left
Distant Family: Maybe, she doesn't know 'em though
Parents: Sprint and Gara
Personality: This mare seems to be two horses instead of one. This is due to uneasy footholds in her mind, she worries too much and so she has a bit of a temper. But she is also shy and elusive, avoiding horses she doesn't trust. Unless you have her trust, which isn't that easy to acquire, she most likely won't open up to you.
History: May edit in

Looks: Image

(I'll make a stallion soon(hopefully))

Phoenix bit heavily into the grassy earth, tearing up a small plant. She was nervous, there was a mountain lion in the area, and she was alone. However, she had a hefty build, and it would be more likely to go after colts; but that didn't eliminate the risk.

It's about time you got here....
~xX Running Fox Xx~
Irritation welled up in the white mare and spilled over as she hotly stamped toward the watering hole. Stupid stallions, dumb mares.... Will I ever escape? She glowered quietly as she finally reached the water. Huffing at the calm surface, she began to drink. The light breeze had the water lapping at her hooves and her mane and tail rippling slightly. Soon she wondered if the cool water would calm her frazzled nerves and she tentatively walked in.
She shivered at the chilly texture of the water and waded in so it was just touching her barrel. Arching her neck so her black mane fell in the water, she started to play with the cold liquid. Pawing and pushing the water around with her muzzle entertained her as she waded. As she played and relaxed her anger slipped away and she became content. It didn't matter that she was in heat and most likely going to be stalked or snaked. The water held her for now, calming the double sided mare.
