Sandstar lifted her head and opened her mouth. "She's gone now," she sighed, obviouly relieved. She suddenly picked up the pace and flicked her tail, encouraging Moonpaw to do the same.

Moonpaw followed Sandstar. She shivered, remembering how scorched and hurt Duskclan looked. "Sandstar? I... My dream... Was about blood. Everywhere. A fox. Apprentices. Duskclan coming in scorched and hurt." She closed her jaws, and her mid raced.

Sandstar nodded and looked down at Moonpaw. "Do you know what happened?" she whispered.

Moonpaw shrugged (at least, how much a cat could do.)

Sandstar shook her head. "What is Starclan doing to us? We are both enduring such terrible circumstances, there is no way to help each other without loss of life."

"Or," Moonpaw nearly whispered, "The Dark Forest. What did you dream about?" She asked cheerfully, in an attempt to brighten the mood.

Sandstar shuddered. "It was terrible. The fox. Blood. Death. To say anymore would be...horrid," she said quietly, closing her eyes. "And, Polarstar gave me a prophecy."

"let me guess. It was the same one Forestlight recieved?"

"How did you know about that?" Sandstr said, whipping her head around, eyes wide. But really, she wasn't surprised.

Moonpaw shrugged. "Forestlight let me know, as I was changing a bandage. Medicine cats usually know about these things."
