Across the world are eight continents. The most powerful one is the lands of Zemes Devinu("Land of the Nine"), run by Emperor Daijoudan of the Sanryuu Imperial Family. In Zemes Devinu lie nine dieties at each corner of it's map: To the farthest north is the Eagle; to the Northeast is the mighty Polar Bear; to the East, the mountain-going Ram; to the Southeast, the Rat; traversing the great seas to the south, the Snake; to the Southwest coast and deserts, the tortoise; guarding the forests of Old to the West, the swift Deer; and to the Northwest tundra and mountains, the Dog.
At the center of it all lies a great slumbering volcano where the Dragon, the beast who’s magic created them all, slumbers, and at the top of it lies to Imperial Palace.
South of Zemes Devinu, across the Naga Sea and the Dragon's Teeth Oceanic Mountains, are the two continents, Hon'ren Mesta and Secro Tarn which were once connected to Zemes Devinu by land. Secro Tarn long ago established itself as an independent power, but Hon'ren Mesta is still partially controlled by the Sanryuu Empire. As of the last many decades, they too have wanted to be independant from the Sanryuu Empire now that they are no longer connected by land, the Hon'ren Resistance and Sanryuu Empire at war. Which is your side?

Rules of the Roleplay:

Before you join, read these!
1. Common sense. Don't godmod, powerplay, or kill off anyone else's characters without their consent. Don't turn what someone's character does in roleplay into a personal issue, it's just roleplay, it's pretend. Outside of roleplay, be polite and cordial if not directly nice, overt rudeness won't be tolerated.

2. There aren't many restrictions on characters...I'm open to just about anything! You can have a canine-shifter, a human, even a talking mini anthro animal or something(so long as they can interact with humans/humanoids! For the countries outside of Zemes Devinu, you can make up ANYTHING YOU WANT for the condition or circumstances of where they came from in the other countries(the ones that don't really have info). If you have any questions/details for what you want for a character in Zemes Devinu, Hon'ren Mesta, or Secro Tarn, simply PM me and ask! And please just make your characters at least a little serious, not just a character that's there to constantly get in the way and annoy people, and please no Mary-Sue's/Gary-Sue's.

3. Same with mounts, I don't have many restrictions, except that NO ONE can have a wingless asian white dragon with red fur/feathers, black dragon with blue fins/spikes/fur, or PURE silver dragon(Like any fur, feather, spike, fin combinations of these, or these with additional markings or wings; Black&Blue, Silver, White&Red). This is because they are believed to be directly related to the Dragon Dieties that are the symbol of the Sanryuu Family and those bloodlines are closely guarded and protected by that family. The only exception I'll make is if the character is a high rank in the Empire, in which case, talk to me first! I can make arrangements but this is to keep it so that not EVERYONE is doing that, trying to keep balance between character sides. Most people also don't have winged dragons in this, mostly those who have high authority/noble blood/etc. but that DOESN'T mean you CAN'T have one, it's just less likely your character will as they're good bloodlines that are worth a lot of money, and more often then not a status symbol.

4. You can have more than one character, just so long as you can keep up with them all. They don't all have to be on the same side either, it'd be even better if you had a character on various different sides if we do a scene change so you aren't left out!

5. Literacy please. DEFINATELY don't use chatspeak, and we won't chew you out for posting a three-liner, but the bigger and more literate the posts, the better! It should be even easier with more people playing to make a big post, since there's more going on with EACH character to respond to!

6. When RPing, if one person isn't on at the time, don't post a bajillion times without them. This forces people to play catch-up reading with tons of posts and can leave their character out, and then they don't know how to jump back in or explain their character's absence, or just flat-out feel left out and unimportant! It's okay to post a few times, like maybe 2 or 3 times each person in response, but after that, please use a little discretion and consideration!

7. You may use characters from pictures off Photobucket, or your own drawings, or use Flash Character Creators! Any of these are totally fine.

You stand, knee deep in sand. The sun burning your checks, the water sloshing up on your legs. You know it is there, the burried treasure. The legends are true. You will join a team of hunters to go searching for the 10 billions of dollars to split between your team or do you want it all for yourself?

The Prize hunters is a game show that you have joined to see if you can win the Jackpot. You will compete and do most anything within the limits to find your goal. If you dare break the rules you will be taken off the island but still be connected with a special speaking device as to give hints and clues of the prize though you will no longer win any money.

The YELLOW team- These brave souls will stop at nothing to win. They will over come every obsticle they meet. Even if it means breaking the rules.

The GREEN team- They are the masters of pranks and traps. They will win by tricking the other teams into letting them win.

The PURPLE team- They are all smarts. They find all the secreat clues to guide them to the Jackpot. There smarts can overcome most all traps.

The ORANGE team- They know maps. All through the game they will find all the short cuts, easy routes, and above and below ground paths. A fast way to get to the goal.

The Loners- They want all the dough to themselfs. To greedy and sneaky to care to share. They can sneak around easily without being spotted. They have feet with no sound.

Scencery~

You are on an Island that is perfectly round. It is covered in rock on one side and the other open to the waves. There is a fresh water pond right in the middle (known as the meeting spot) where all the teams are to be "safe". Surrounding the middle of the island are a variety of trees of every type. Hidden cameras capture the action and put it on Live TV There are four team rocks each on a separate part of the island, the yellow rock by the other rocks on the far side of the island. The purple rock right by the pond in plain site. The orange rock opposite of the wall of rock next to the ocean and the green rock hidden in the trees close to the yellow teams. There is just enough space for three people to lay down on the top of the rocks. Each rock is that teams color. The rocks are big and can fit the whole team, with extra room for supplies and bedding. There is a trunk to hold all the teams clothes and five logs for sitting. There is also a fire pit. There is two out houses each marked with an F or an M for male and female. They are both by the rock wall and are brown with only the door as an opening and bucket filled with water for hands. A ship comes Friday each week with new food and comes when a birthday is here to take that person and let them watch the action and not be in it for a day.

5. No smuggling items from home other than on the list.
6. When you find money if you are in a team you MUST share.

You are a bird of prey, {Falcon, Owl, Hawk} and you live with a small flock of outcasts living on the edge of the suburbs. Your forest home is nestled right next to a large city, so cars and hunters are occasionally a danger. Of course, the forest has it's fill of tantalizing critters as well, but a share of deadly predators, too.

Everyone had been saying the world was going to end, that some catastrophic event was about to occur. A meteor, a tsunami, all these things were mentioned. They were right; something that would change the world was about to occur, but not in a way anyone realised. The infection started off small, hitting the Eastern States first. News of this 'epidemic' grew and soon it was too large to be contained. The horror stories that arose were gruesome and some chose not to believe. Two weeks after the initial outbreak, and the nature of the disease has been revealed. It was not a meteor, or some natural disaster that would end the world, but humans themselves, returning from the dead after being infected by the disease.

It is your job as a survivor to band together with others and make for somewhere safe. But where is safety when the rest of "humanity" has returned to life as infected walkers? Your choice: to fight through it or give up.

You can hear the sirens wailing as you sit on the floor of a dark room, you can't remember what you did, but you remember hurting someone... and you liked it. You make no resistance as the police grab your arms and lift you out of the room, there is no point. They seat you down in a car, your family watching as you drive off... you're never going to see them again. They drive up to a concrete building. A man in a lab coat with black hair and a clipboard stands at the huge iron door. The police grab your arms about and drag you towards him. He gives you a sad conserned look and speaks gently to you;

"Your safe now, you aren't going to hurt anyone else. Welcome to your new home."

You are insane in one of two ways; you have a strange but small power that is driving you to insanity or you have been in a tramatic event and something that reminds you of that will turn you into a nut job. You have killed someone or done something bad because of your problem and been sent to an Asylum fro the insane. You are trapped in here with guards at every turn and a scientist that is 'helping' you with your problems but is slightly crazy himself. You must try not to kill anyone, get through your life here and... servive everyone else.

You have been taken away from your family the moment you started to show signs of magical ability. You have been trained for years and years at the Tower of Wizards, where the Wizards' Circle gathers. There are five kinds of wizards and they are all based of your personality; black, white, red, green and blue. You had to take a test when you first joined to see the wizard you would aspire to be. For many years the wizards have work peacefully with one another but now... trouble has arisen. There is corruption within the Circle, people bargoning with demons, devils, spirits of the dead. Friends are becoming enemies, old hatereds along the group are being reawoken. Even more dangerous; the tower seems to be turning against the wizards! It seems to have gained a life of its own; monsters wander the hall, doors lock and trap wizards in with them, people all up and disappear! The leaders of the Circles are moving against each other! The Circle is falling apart and just in time for them to be attacked by the Hunters; Witch Hunters that have been planning and plotting for long years against the Wizards. They believe that no mortals are meant to weild that level of power and many people are begining to think they are right. The Circle is falling apart and no one is going to help it. Perhaps though a few young wizards will be able to rise to the occasion and save their beloved home before all is lost.

To get this straight right away: THIS ISN'T HARRY POTTER! I love Harry Potter but if your looking for that kind of RP then I would suggest you go somewhere else. Another thing; this isn't The Gather, I don't really know what that is or what it's about but I am only using the test for it. Yet another thing, this RP was inspired by many things, but only slightly, the entire plot is all me; Dragon Age, Dragonlance, The Gathering (Test).

The way this is going to start out is that you are a young wizard, already part of the Circle or an apprentice. There has been corruption within the Circle, people killing the Heads of orders for there own gain, there must be a master planner behind all this but no one has found him or her. Not only that but strange things have been happening around the tower. Everything is falling apart and it seems to Circle is doomes, unless someone tries to sort this out soon then all hope is lost.

Welcome to the realms of Raverloft. Are you dead you ask me? No, you are very much alive... too alive for these realms. Yes, your next question: who am I? I- I go by many names; here I am called The Dark One but you may more commonly know me as The Grim Reaper. One last question I shall answer: Where are you? You are in Ravenloft. A dark demi-plane near the depths of the abyss. Here you will meet strange creatures: demons, werewolves, vampires and alike. Here you must find your way out and work with your companions that in your world you might not get along with. The Basics

This is Ravenloft a demi-plane that is attached to many worlds but the one you come from is that of Mystic, a midevil realm. That means no guns, no celephones, no computer or electronces or anything like that. Ravenloft is a realm ruled by evil people but you still have to play the good guys to try and escape it or set everything right. If you are really interested in playing a bad guy, which is going to take a lot of work, PM me and I'll send you the forum if I think you have a good enough argument.

One thing I am going to put out there now: THIS IS NOT TWILIGHT!!! I know some people are going to hate me for this but I personally hate Twilight, I don't have anything against you if you like it. It just isn't my kind of book and it gives the good old Gothic creatures a bad name. This RP is about the werewolves that are the mysteriouse murderes of entire towns, the vampires that seek and love but instead of waiting for her accpetance they force her/him to love them. This is not Twilight; if I see Twilight in here I will send your characters up in green flame and send The Dark One to get you.

A Semi-Literite Mutant Dinosaur Roleplay
Needs Males and Dinosaurs of The Same Species as the Dinosaurs Already in the Roleplay
JOIN! It will be full of action, suspence, betrayal and romance. But first we need to fill our 39 slots! Hurry! Many are taken!


In a lab located on a remote part of the Earth, disguised as a simple shack, a creature hatches.
This creature is not like any on earth. It is different, a mutant. It was based upon the deadly dinosaurs but given characteristics that should never be given to such a dangerous animal: Incredible stregnth, increased flexibility, and the worst: intelligence. For this intelligence was what makes this creature even more dangerous.
This creature was the first. The first of Nineteen Experiments to create dinosaurs with incredible power. Then one day, the unthinkable happened:
Excape.
Experiment 19 excaped from the facility first, as she had progressed to a level her mind was as powerful as most humans, sometimes even stronger. Soon after, the other experiments followed. Breaking out of their cages and restraints. The scientists who were not killed in the excapes soon became insane and had to be replaced. These new scientists made it their job to capture the Nineteen Dinosaurs and destroy them. They blocked off the entire area, thousands and thousands of miles were fenced in. The scientists debated about what they should do. They could not bomb the area, that would destroy the natural wildlife, as would gassing it. And the dinosaurs were top-secret. People would not fail to notice a large area barren of life. They would no longer trust the government. They could not send human teams after them because they would surely be killed. So the scientists reluctantly agreed what they should do. They created more dinosaurs. These dinosaurs were given slightly less power and the scientists installed a safety measure in each one: if the dinosaur failed to report back to the facility using a chip imbedded in their skull, a small bomb would go off in the creature's brain, killing it instantly. And any dinosaur could be controlled remotely using the chip and a controller. There were twenty controlled dinosaurs released into the area, their only job: to kill the nineteen excapees.

.: Basic Plot :.
Nineteen enhanced dinosaurs have broken out of a scientific facility and dispersed into the wilderness. Some dinosaurs have banned together for protection and better hunting. Others have chosen to name themselves. However, a team of scientists has created twenty more dinosaurs that they can easily control or destroy in necessisary. These dinosaurs have been released to track down, gain the trust of, and eventually destroy the nineteen who originally excaped.

Note: All species in this roleplay are small. So if you wanted to play as a large plant eater of T-Rex, please chose a smaller variety.
