The moment she heard yowling she knew who it was. She pawed her mentor on the shoulder and bounded over to the queen. "Oh my StarClan! Your kits are coming! Ummm..... ok.." she trailed off in panic of thinking what to get for a kitting queen.

Adderpaw dashed in. "Rasberry leaves and Chevril." He said. "That is two things you need"

"I'll just do something wrong..." He replied, full of self doubt. "I always mess up somehow....." He continued cleaning himself, trying to avoid this depressing subject, trying to save Flightfeather from his pain.

Flightfeather ran her tail lightly down his back. "No, you won't. I promise." She offered a small smile.

"You can't promise anything. You're not starclan...." He looked at the ground. He was sure Starclan was out to get him, but he didn't know why.

He slowly stood up, still watching the ground. "I guess Poppypaw's not coming, so..... I guess I'll come.... But I know I'll do something stupid!...." He was always beating himself up. He had way to high of standards for himself, and any cat would hate themsleves if they had his standards.
