Ebonypaw yawned and wandered around camp, looking for something to do.

Brightfost kicked out then pinned Nightpaw down, "first remember that for the moment you opponent will probably be larger than you so use that to your advantage." she said letting Nightpaw go, "rather than nip me and move back, go under me" she smiled, "this way you opponent cannot harm you without harming themselves"

"okay," Nightpaw wriggled out of her grasp, ducked under her, and nipped her belly. then she crawled out and grabbed her tail and pulled it real hard.

Brightfrost let out a little yelp them grinned, "much better" she said, "now it's your turn to defend" she thought for a moment, "act as if you did not want to hurt my but the clan leader was behind you and i wanted to kill them. therefore you would only counter attack my attacked" she lectured then gave one easy swipe

Nightpaw ducked, and then swiped at her muzzle.

Brightfrost flinched back so that the swipe did not hit her, "very good" she praised enthusiastically.

Nightpaw grinned. "can you teach me a move?"

Brightforst thought a bit then nodded, "try this one" she said, "first you get your head under your opponents"she demonstrated how, "them bring your head up hard there for knocking their head back. the swing your body into theirs and tada! you knock them over easily"
