Footsteps echo through the halls as you duck into the dusty doorways, hoping no one will see you. Shadows pass dangerously close by as you hold your breath. The voices soon fade and you are alone in the dark again. You slowly continue down the hall, glancing around. Soon the hall turns into a field of corn, and then to a dark forest. There is no end... no way out, but you must try, lest they find you. Those who are taken away are never seen again, but sometimes you can hear their voices echoing through the Labirint. Days... Weeks... Months pass by as you wander, but time has no meaning anymore. Some of the lucky ones in the maze meet others, but can you trust them? Can they trust you?

~The Tested~

Welcome to the Labirint, or Maze. You have been tested on and thrown into this Endless Maze to see how well you will survive. The landscape varies from a dark school to a forest to a bright meadow and the only two maps that exist have been thought to be lost or destoryed. Besides the other Tests, your main enemy is the Guards. They are the monsters that stalk through the Labirint, killing the Tests. They are lethal and very, very dangerous. Very few have survived a fight with them.

~The Captured~
You have always been like you are. Shapeshifter, vampire, ect. You lived a normal life untill the Scientists cought you and brought you to the Labirint to give the tests some competition. You do not fear the Guards, but they are still dangerous. Your main enemy is the Tests, for you think they are abominations.

Personality: Vae used to be a very happy, open person. She was very carefree and enjoyed going on adventures, which is why she was homeschooled so that she could travel the world. She was usually thought of 'that popular girl' and was liked by everyone who met her... but this was all before she was kidnapped. Then the Scientists attached the wings to her back, gifting her with the ability to fly and she was thrown into the Labirint to survive on her own. She has been living in the Labirint for almost a year now and knows the passageways like the back of her hand. Now, Vae is usually very quiet and observant. She avoids trouble at all costs and does not like being around other Tests in general.

Though Joyce had multiple sides to her personality, she is often described as a ticking time bomb. She does have a very dangerous temper, often towards people who treat her terribly, almost always throwing something at them in the end. Then again that is only when she is angry and not on one of her typical days, yet her typical days are very much different than the temper part. See, she is a rather hyper and energetic girl usually, unless she has on her poker face which usually involves a smile no matter what. But then again, she is a big ol' klutz and often she does trip over her own two feet without warning or she just rams into something and she gets bruised, badly. Yet that never does seem to make her temper flare, she has gotten used to it and all. It was just when someone purposely injured her or even tried to hurt her would make her temper flare or something bad would happen from her and anger. Plus she is the girl who seems to get injured out of the blue, almost always she'll have bruises on her legs or arms from accidentally running into things. Sometimes there would be the occasional small cut in mix, but never did it really bleed much more than once when she got it. But when she is away from everyone she is almost always either on a computer, reading, or learning some music on some instrument.
History:
Growing up as a little kid in a large city, both of her parents seemed and acted normal and basically spoiled her for awhile there. Well she was a small child and their baby for a while, her sister being ten and fairly independent as it was. Though it wasn't like they didn't spoil her sister as well. It was just a bad timing for her mother to start to go off the deep end, it was just something that was affecting her for years and all and basically her older sister was more like a mother to her most of the time. Even though by the time she really did need a motherly role model, which was when she was eight, her sister was already technically an adult and she was going off to college next year. Fun for her to be stuck with her now crazy mother who couldn't deal with life. She was also even more over protective and barely let Joyce do anything outside of the home without coming to pick her up in the end. Soon enough this anxiety had gotten to her and she almost burst out with anger spells beyond her control.
Though this was when she was only ten, the next few years was her being sent to correctional faculties that she had gotten out of quickly due to the fact she wouldn't care about why she was in there and got out with in a year. It was just the fact she couldn't stand her home and ran away too many times for this matter. Luckily that this was up until she was fourteen. The fact that her mother had died was enough to shock her back into reality. It was simply her and her dad at home now, almost causing it to be silent, her dad picking up alcoholism to handle the depression he started to fall into. Sometimes she wouldn't come home for a day or two since her father wouldn't notice all the times that she had done it. Joyce was just wishing at that time she could move away or something since she couldn't do much other than hang out with a few of her friends for the next year. It was when her dad told her to get away from him, in a much ruder fashion that she had took him seriously and moved out on her own at the age of fifteen, living on the streets for a bit until her current home took her in. There was her, a three year old girl, and a forty year old couple. Their daughter loved Joyce dearly, but was eventually diagnosed with cancer. Ever since then the couple looked up to Joyce as their daughter and basically hoped that she would stay.
Just a few months later Joyce had been messing around inside of her room and amazingly she had found out about her powers. Now she had though of the concept that she may have been adopted as a child and showed it to the family that had took her in. Truly they had the deepest concerns for her and told her to find her true family. Simply, she had gone to her family and got too many supplies from them to show her her powers, none of them having them but they did have items entrusted to them by her true parents. Though after wandering from town to town, she was captured and taken here, much to her displeasure. Ever since then she has been trying to fool the guards and trying to escape on her own.

Described as the happy kid and not acting like the usual guy his age, often he could described as your gay friend, though he is far from being that in reality. Often he is upbeat about most things, but usually plotting something underneath that. Sometimes it is about getting out of the large place that is the castle to just trying to solve the riddle. Sometime he evens dares to think about many things that he never does seem to be.
Yet when Angel isn't acting like the happy kid he has his nose in a book or listening to music. Silent, the only way to describe it. Alone... He is just that way with many things. Whether its academics or something like social skills. He is just not loud and out spoken.
Though it is him getting mad that most people fear, him knowing when to hold his tongue and when to throw a punch, having four older brothers that treat him like he is five and an idiot. Even when he does show up his brothers in academics and sports when he tries, often they still think that they are superior to him, making his dangerous temper flare. Anyone that reminds him often is in the danger zone with him though.
