Even after he felt his ear flop back to its usual position, Sketch didn't move for a few seconds, still a little dazed by what happened. It was only when Daisy called "Hey, you alright there, peabrain?" did he snap out of his stupor and straighten up.

"Y-yeah," he answered back, not bothering to comment on his friend's choice of words. Instead, he turned back to Jeb, blowing out a puff of air from his nose in indignation. "That wasn't very nice," he said, pouting like a pup. "I don't like my ear yanked -- tag? Wrestle?" He considered for a moment. "But... you're so tiny. Wouldn't I have the advantage or something?"

Laika looked down at Vento."That's not trued young one" she said sympatheticly.She leaned her head down close to Vento,and playfully nudged him she didn't want him to think about how his mother abandoned him.

She grinned when she saw Jeb was pestering Sketch."I'll be right back Vento" she said over her shoulder.She trotted up to them."Is everything alright Sketch.Do you need help with shooing anything away" she asked jokingly,and she was talking about Jeb.

right then rose woke up very ticked off "stop making so much noise some dogs are tryna sleep over here" she snarled

"Well, I've got a little pest over here," Sketch replied jokingly, looking over to Laika and waving his paw in Jeb's direction. "Be careful, I think he's a stinger." He grinned and chuckled.

Daisy turned her head to look at Rose, and smirked. "Good luck getting everybody quiet," she said, settling down onto her side. "Or you could be like me and just stay awake until everybody else goes to sleep."

Jeb was about to answer when Laika suddenly walked over-- he became immediately distracted by the dog's arrival, but still didn't stop bouncing back and forth on his paws. "I'm not being any trouble! I was just playin'!"

He lowered his head and gave out a low whimper, feigning innocence.

Laika giggled and looked down at Jeb,and began to speak to him."Jeb,would you want to go play with Vento,and Snowy for a while" she asked,as a suggestion.

"B-but--" he started, glancing over at the other pups. "Do I have to? This dog. He's friendly."

this time rose sat up with her ears laid back "ill sleep when i want and with quiet if i have to make it or not" she growled

"'This dog' has a name, you know," Sketch said with mock severity. "And it's alright, ma'am," he said, turning his attention back to Laika. "I'm fine playing with him for awhile."

Daisy laughed. "One dog against an entire kennel," she said, looking Rose up and down. "Good luck with that."

Vento smiled slightly, he looked over to where Laika went and cocked his head to the side, wondering what she was doing
