Badgerstrike had returned from the hunting patrol early.He dropped off a rabbit,and a few vole's at the fresh-kill pile.He looked over at Minnowpaw coming out of the apprentice den.Badgerstrike had always had a crush on Minnowpaw,since he was an apprentice himself.He padded over to her."Hello Minnowpaw" he greeted.

Minnowpaw gave Badgerstrike a respectful nod. "I'm soooo bored!" she complained, fluffing out her blue-grey pelt.

Ashen jumped down from the branch, and walked back towards the camp. His tail twitched in fear, but he kept it out of his eyes has soon he reached a tree where he climbed up watching. They are going to find me soon enough then my pelt will be a new piece of flooring. he thought digging his claws in the branch watching and listening.

Badgerstrike snickered."Well,maybe I could lead a patrol later,and you could come as well" he suggested to her.He sat down,and looked at Minnowpaw.

Minnowpaw stuck her paw in her mouth, hoping not to complain anymore or else she'd seem like a brat. "Okay... Sure." From what she knew from before, Badgerstrike seemed a bit full of himself. But then again, she judged people quickly. She could be totally wrong. "Congratulations on becoming a warrior," she mewed in a friendly tone.

"Thanks Minnowpaw" He replied politely."You'll be a warrior soon enough too,and when you are,I can show you the best of the best hunting spots." He continued,with a smile.

Ashen felt a breeze ruffle his pelt. fox-dung!? he wailed in his thoughts in fear. He knew his scent will carry down to the clan cats below. " Mouse-dung, mouse-brain, rabbit fur." he mewed insulting himself with horror. He jumped down from the branch and bolted off back to his own den.

"Who's there!?" Sparrowthorn shouted, running after the rogue. "Stop!" He snarled in anger and unsheathed his claws, tearing after the non-clan cat like he was going after a fox.

Ashen screeched with pain, he slashed Sparrowthorn face feeling the blood in his hunger for blood lust has he felt it in his claws. ( this so not like him.) He snarled " Got a problem?" his tail was lashing, and his bloody claw and his others where dug in the ground. Even his eyes looked different with the look of blood lust was odd for this tom.

Sparrowthorn hissed in surprise; he hadn't even touched this cat, and here he was slashing his face open. "What in the name of StarClan is wrong with you!?" He demanded, aiming for the cat's muzzle. "And yes, I have a problem, you're on my territory! Now GET OFF!!!"
