She glanced over her shoulder, and scowled. She slowed her pace. Why waste energy when he wasn't making any real effort to catch up to her? Was he just waiting for her to ware herself out? She still kept herself at a safe distance ahead of him, though had slowed considerably.

Raven

He put on a burst of speed and shot past her and spun around her quickly trotting around her in a wide circle that slowly narrowed down he snorted at her keeping pace easily with the mare. He nipped at her neck and shoulders when ever he passed her flashing his tail at her knowing full well she was not happy with his advances but he wasn't about to give up on her oh no, that enticing smell was driving him absolutely crazy. He neighed loudly and reared up a bit before rocketing forward a few yards then back around her in a large loop.

She watched, furious that she had no escape at this point. Her ears were plastered to her skull. Her eyes watched his every move, never letting him out of her sight. Not even to blink. She squealed and nipped at his face, swinging her body around so that her rump was always facing away from him.

Raven

Raven grumbled at her and pranced in place for a second before rearing up then dropping his head he snaked in nipping at her hocks driving her suddenly back the way they'd come, he was tired of playing and wished to get his new mare back to where he lived. He snorted and ducked away from any kicks she sent his way and nipped at her hunches and ribs when she bit at him.

Sky was fuming as she was snaked back the way they came, tossing a couple of kicks his way but she finally hung her head in defeat. She could have kept going if she wanted to, but chances were he was just as persistent as she was and thus there was no use in trying to run.

Raven

Raven tossed his head up and kept pushing her back the way they'd come and then some across the stream he'd threw himself through and back towards the small Valley he'd picked for himself and his future herd. He pushed her offering her small nips when ever she tried to stray, he wasn't being vicious or overly forceful in truth he was trying his best to be gentle and to get her to like him.

Sky huffed, her tail flicking irritably. She decided she wouldn't try to fight him, for now. When he started to bug her about breeding, then she'd get vicious, even though she'd probably get sick of it and give in eventually. Her muscles relaxed a bit and she trotted a couple of yards ahead of him, thought kept in line.

He tossed his head and slowed his pace to a less relentless one, leading her but guiding her at the same time. He glanced at her and finally spoke up.

"What is your name Mare?" He asked watching her as they walked.

Valley of Wind
She watched him silently for a moment, thinking over if she should answer or not. "Wind." She finally grunted, flicking her tail and leaning to her right, back left hoof cocked under her. She was a bit more relaxed since he didn't seem to be making any move to court her, but she was still ready to run if he did.
