Dancer

Dancer moved along slowly munching on the long grace her ears flicking back and forth listening for sounds and movement near her, focusing on one movement not to far away but out of site, that of her yearling Colt, who was running up and down a small ravine a short ways away. She flicked her tail lashing away a few bothersome flies before lifting her head as she chewed her mouthful studying the horizon, she tossed her head as a Bird flew over head and let out a soft inquiring whicker.

August

August raced up and down the small ravine alone in his own world of playing and racing his shadow, sometimes he beat it sometimes he didn't, but it was all in fun, he didn't really worry about anything, he knew his mother would alert him if there was any serious Danger. He heard her call out but knew in an instant it was not for him, so he raced on his muscles moving smoothly under his fine velvety coat.

Raven

He moved with the grace of an eagle, fluid like waters over rocks, his dark bay coat glistened in the sun as he raced across the plain, tossing his head and bucking kicking to the sky, so wild so free. He bugled to the skies letting the world know he was alive as he raced along, he launched himself towards a fallen tree focusing fully on it, blowing air through his nostrils he took a deep breath and leapt upwards clearing the tree with ease his front hooves curving under his belly as he arched upwards and then downwards he brought his hooves down again leaving a small divot behind in the ground as he raced on the tree already in his past, his long black tail flowed behind him like rolling waves. His hooves rumbled like the call of thunder before a storm he slid to a stop and stood breathing lightly then raced down a small hill roaring through the crystal waters of a small stream, the icy water like silver as it flew in all directions around him he came to a stop on the far side shaking himself he called out again seeking, always seeking for someone anyone.

xXThe Sky's The LimitXx
Sky lifted her head from the watering hole as she heard the pounding of hooves, slightly muffled by the grass. She spotted a bay stallion thundering down a hill quite a ways off. She watched him, quite uninterested. She snorted, flattening her ears at his call. The flea-bitten mare shook out her mane, trying to get any kind of breeze running through it. She didn't worry about the stallion being so near; even though there wasn't much she could do about being forced in a band there was a lot she could do to get kicked out and thus regain her freedom. Most mares were tense around other stallions, and they wondered how Sky managed to stay so relaxed especially with her naturally hotheaded and anti-social nature.

[[ I shall be joining ^.^ ]]

Image

Full Name: Tinted Dusk Aatu
Nickname: You can just call her Dusk, or Dusky
Gender: Mare, female
Age: Approx. 4 years old
Herd: She is currently a loner
Foals: No foals at the moment, but she is in heat.
Rank: Loner
Siblings: She is sure she has some, but she doesn't know who
Image

Distant Family: All unknown to her
Parents: Her birth mother is deceased, but her father still runs a herd somewhere far away
Personality: Dusk is a horse of words, seeing as she had a highly influential hereditary speaking ability. She can adorn others lavishly with elegant words and speeches. She can carry her weight in the richness of her soothing language. Due to her ability to never loose her head, she has a sincerely regale appearance, in which most times fools her opponents, or rivals. If you were to look upon her at a glance, she would appear a frightened fae, that has no exterior chance of depending herself. Wrong. Dusk is a sharp witted fae, who can think of every possible way out of something. She has the brains of a mastermind, but she has the calm, cool exterior needed to keep others un-informed of her ideas and maniacal plans.

If she knows you mean no harm, she is a horse you would feel safe to be around, like you were protected. If she befriends you, don't take it as a light matter, due to how well she will treat you, and welcome you into her heart. She has deep emotions, some untouched since she was a mere cub, due to how she was exiled as a youngling, and was forced to encase herself in a protective enamel. But otherwise, Dusk is a very capable, smart, cunning, and mysterious horse. Don't try and take her food. You won't take it alive, anyways.

But the side of her that comes out in an instant isn't as lovely as her exterior. She is one of the more dangerous horses, seeing at how easily she can fool basically anyone who dares look at her. She can snap in seconds, if you do something to wrong her, or catch her at a bad time. She has the strength of any average stallion, and more. She always keeps her teeth nice, and takes extra time out of her day to tend to her hooves. She can take. you. down.

History: When Dusk was a foal, she lived in a larger scale herd, with many ranks, and horses, almost overflowing if you really thought about it, but it was all well taken care of, seeing as the alpha's were her parents, a powerful pair of horses who rules over many miles. Life had been going good for her, until the day that her and her siblings and friends had gone to play at the riverside. They had been galloping along, their growing legs gaining ground fast, getting to the lake in no time. Seeing as they were older, their parents trusted their instincts to keep them safe. But that day, it wasn't enough.

As they were playing, a killer snuck from the depths of the forest that ringed half of the river. Behind them it snuck up, until it was too late to run. In seconds, the killer had shot one of her friends and her sister, while the others scattered. As they did, she saw her parents run to their rescue out of the corner of their eye, but as her dad leaped to save her other friend, in the air, he suddenly dropped like a rock, falling to the ground, his eyes rolling. He had been shot too, and underneath him, her also shot friend. On her other side, was her only left sibling, her brother, and her mother running to safety in the forest, but right as they made it to the rim, they were both shot as well. She was almost frozen now, panting, her heart kicking her chest, telling her to run. As she turned her head, she saw the gun pointed at her head, but then it lowered, and the man slowly stalked up to her.

She knew if she were to run, she would be murdered quicker than a dog killing a rabbit, but if she was still...she thought she had a chance. As the man got closer, his mouth slightly gaped. He seemed to be staring at her eyes. Her ears flattened, and she snarled slightly, but it wasn't even the slightest bit menacing. As he leaned in closer, he stuck his hand out, and pointed to her eyes. "G- gorgeous" he muttered, shaking his head. "I don't know how they turned out like that" he sputtered, backing off. "You, you horse, aren't like the others" he said, and turned heel and lit out, his gun tucked to his side.

She stood up, and whinnied at him, running a few feet, as if she had scared him away bravely, but when he was out of sight, she lit out for her home, where none of her family was any longer. Making it back, she was immediately bombarded with others neighing and nuzzling her, not even bothering to ask how she was, but to tell her, that she, a 11 month old filly, was to be the next leader, as she was the only heir left. And with that, they added 'Aatu' to her name, which meant 'Noble Horse'. Declining their offer though, they banished her to the forest to be alone, and the branded her 'Aatu', just to remind her of the life she could of had. She had been wandering, alone, ever since.

Other: Nothing else :3

Ooc;; Just watched my favorite movie and I think I write again. *Cheers*

Valley of Wind
"Hi." Wind nickered, moving back just a couple paces. She tossed her mane, light eyes fixed on the stallion that had just appeared. She flicked her ears, listening for the movement of other stallions or different danger. She leaned to her right a bit, but didn't move her icy gaze from the stallion, for fear of his next move.

Ooc;; Well I guess that's a bit better...

xXBring Me The HorizonXx
The grulla stallion held his breath when she backed up, relieved when she didn't flee as he had expected her. He stood silently for a brief moment, before he straightened his posture a bit and cleared his throat. "My name is Horizon," he introduced himself gruffly. His dark eyes withdrew their gaze from her for a moment to check for danger. When he saw nothing his eyes fell on Wind again, glittering with a bit more interest this time.
