ஜThe Storyஜ

As an abandon cat, you walk along the streets of a large city called "Ontario" which is located in California. You slowly walk towards a park, and sit down. You sigh deeply and glance around. The only thing you see is a small man, around the age of thirty, coming towards you. You think he is going to say "Aw, look at the kitty." And pick you up. But that is all wrong. The man takes out a net and captures you. He puts you into a cage in a car, that says "Animal Control", but it looks like a foreign language to you. You laid down in a cage, and glance at the other cats in the cages that surround you. The car stops, and your cage slams into another, fallowed by the sounds of frantic meowing of kittens that surround your cage. Startled you step back, as the door slowly opens. It reveals a bright light, and you must close your eyes. You watch the man take out cages of the cats around you, then you come. You cry franticly, thinking this is the end for you. The man takes you out of the cage and throws you on the ground. You run towards the other cats and look at him. The man gets into the car, and takes off. You pant and glance up at a sign that reads "The Lit Sky Camp", still it looks like a foreign language. Panting, you glance at the other cats, and kittens who are saying "Where are we?" "Is this our last day alive?" "Can anyone tell me where we are!?" You pant and look down. "Where are we!?" You shout and look up at the other cats. A black cat, about two sizes bigger than you, announces "You are at Lit Sky Camp. A place for Cats and Humans. This is where you are left to find new owners. " You glance up at him. "New owners? What if we have no owner?" A small kitten asks. He looks at you and says. "You get owners. It's fair enough. I am Jasper, one of the many cats in here." He says then storms off towards a cabin with a teenage girl in front of it. You watched him and sighed. You thought to yourself -- An owner? Me? Impossible! No one could want a cat like me. . .

Ginger happily purred on Alecia's lap. He stood up and stretched.
Tess waddled around and lay on the armrest next to Alecia.
Kat walked around and went up to Jasper and nudged him gently. She fell on his paw and purred happily.

Shelby stepped out of her cabin, Chucky following behind closely with a happy purr. The brunette smiled as the sun hit her face, and Chucky purred when she picked him up and stroked him gently. "Well, what would you like to do Chucky?" Shelby asked. The cat didn't answer, but he was just as she was. Shelby and Chucky had met a few years ago, and thought that being here, helping cats find homes, would be good for them. But so far, it hadn't worked out well. First, Shelby tried to help by getting another cat, but no other cat had seemed to want to be her cat, despite CHucky's comments about her. Then she tried to gain the trust of a few. Although SHelby was a huge cat lover, Chucky was still the only cat she had. It was slightly disappointing for the two of them.
