Silex

Silex sighed, hearing Vivian's story. He shook his head, and brought his head back down to meet Vivian's eyeline. "Well..." he said, slightly hesitant, "If she hated your mother, then it wasn't your fault, was it? Perhaps she was just after you because she couldn't get to your mother."
He winced a little, realising how weird and insensitive that could sound. He flattened his ears a little, hoping she would not take it the wrong way.

Kasi

Kasi followed after Falon towards the prey pile. She looked round the corner, and saw that there was a few old deer, but the meat seemed withered and old. She wrinkled her nose slightly and looked over at Falon. "I think we'll need some more food." she said with a small chuckle. She wandered towards the carcass' and smelt them. "They have definetely seen better days."

Jard

Jard smiled at Sari's offer. He was a bit hesitant as he had only just met this wolf, but she seemed quite nice. "Okay." he agreed as he began walking over. He sat down at the river's edge next to her and looked into the glassy water.

"I guess you are right......there's just something about the way she looked at me......"

Falon
Falon laughed, a rich, musical sound. "Definitely," he agreed. As he walked up to smell the deer, his fur brushed against hers. He smiled and blushed, stepping away so they weren`t touching. "Gross," he snorted, taking a step back. He turned to face the forest and looked back at Kasi. "Shall we?"

Sari
Sari smiled and stepped into the river. She leaped at a fish and missed, getting a face full of water. She came up laughing, blinking water out of her eyes. She looked over at Jard, and, still laughing, said, "You know, it`s not that easy. Come try!" She splashed some water on the bank, wetting him. She stood dripping, and watched him, contemplating her actions. She was never like this around other wolves. What was wrong with her? She shrugged mentally. Whatever, she was having fun.

Silex

Silex thought for a moment. He was relieved she hadn't taken what he had said to heart. "I'm sure it has washed over by now though...Unless she is the type of wolf who holds a grudge." he said trying to reassure her.

Kasi

A slight shiver went down Kasi's spine when their fur brushed, but she just shook it from her mind and turned back to Falon. "Yes, let's go." she said with a smile. She walked towards the forest, streching out her neck to smell the air.

Jard

Jard laughed and shook water from his ears before he leapt into the river with Sari. Water got into his eyes and he blinked as he scanned the surface for fish. He saw a fish slightly upstream of them and he began speeding through the water towards it, but he slipped on the rocky riverbed and fell over, laughing. His coat was heavy with water, and he sat up looking back at Sari.
