First thing you should do is to create a bf, after you do that rub on the paper. Then you create another slot, type lines. Then you draw what you want, after you finished, click on the bg and add another one. Write colour, you can start coloring or you can use grey to colour the whole thing carefully, then you click on the colour, after that click on the lock alpha, it will be easier. And for a pencil like under the normal pencil, that is called a airbrush, if you want to make it foggy, just select grey and start coloring.
