Introduction

Your walking around town, coming out of the feed store, surfing the web, talking to a friend and suddenly you see a flyer. You still ponder back to why you ever looked at it, maybe it was the color, the print, the large RE- OPENING printed across the top or the beautiful landscape picture. Eithier way, you are drawn to the poster and you stop to read too interested to pull away or blow it off like "There's a million of those around... seen one ya seen them all" The flyer says this:

Whispering Willows Stable is finally getting on it's feet once more, the once ruined stable is now being repaired by none other then the World Renowed Champion Equestrian, Miss Julianna Rose! After the previous owner; also Miss Julia's grandfather- passed away, Julia decided to put her performing life on hold and begin rebuilding the once famous stable in all Wyoming! She's already begun repairs but money is dwindling fast, the state of Wyoming granted her 1000 dollars to begin repairs but the only way to make Whispering Willows to shine once again, is the sound of boarders unloading their horses from trailers. The sound of pounding hoofs on the fast trails, laughter, whinnys and competition winning cheers. That is what Whispering Willows needs and that is where you will find it!

After reading this clipping your mind begins working again and reality sets in, you could help this stable and the owner. She sounds nice but would her achievements make her snobbish? You think about your horse. He needs a place to stay, your parents keep threatning to ship him off if you don't board him soon but would it be risky to board at a place that's in ruin. Your mind is steps ahead, in a few months time it won't be... it will be stellar and magnificent and by that time the boarding price will be much higher to stay at such facility. You smile slightly as you have made up your mind. Tommrow eve, you shall visit the once famous Whispering Willows Stable.

That night, you head home and look up the history of Whispering Willows you discover not much can be said it's all tight lipped and shut. You wonder if it has a grueling past.... a website for WW pops onto your screen you click on it and it delivers you with this :

Welcome to Whispering Willows Stable!

Located in Laramie Wyoming this stunning Ranch offers views of the mountains from all angles. With many forest and creeks this ranch is a peaceful sanctuary. With miles of beautiful landscape Whispering Willows is hidden among the glory that some would say you have to fly a chopper over the land to find it! We hope you and your equine friends enjoy your stay.

Accommodations: Our horse facility includes many heated/cooled stalls suited for the weather changes, we use the best quality bedding making sure to use bedding that won't aggravate certain horse’s allergies and our stall provide great accommodation for any horse breed and for pregnant mares. We have huge pastures that overlook the stables and have a stunning view of the mountains, they are next to the road leading to the stables and add a great appeal to all riders. We have top quality and western/ jumping arenas so any rider can practice dressage, jumping barrel racing and even train wild horses they may have found or purchased in the town. We even have an indoor arena for when the weather is poor or for competitions. Our tack room will supply you with any thing you need helmets, saddles, first aid, bridle,s etc so feel free to use them. Julia makes sure that every six weeks the blacksmith, dentist and vet show up for checkups on each and every horse so be sure to have them ready. We hope you come and board your horse here because chances are you'll love it.
Trails:We have a variety of wonderful trails that all lead to a stunning meadow and waterfall so riders can unwind and relax with their horses while also clearing their thoughts about anything pressing. You might also find riders their practicing before a big event even the owner herself. Other trails lead higher up into the mountains, watch out for mountain lions and whild horses though.
Shows: Whispering Willows hosts a variety of shows for horses of all breeds we hope you join them and compete to the best. We have jumping, dressage, barrel racing cutting and much more. A show is coming up soon so grab your horses and get ready get set GO! Julia is always making sure her riders and herself practice and make Whispering Willows look great for shows so lets grab your gear and get going.
Main house: The main two story ranch house is where Miss Julianna Rose lives with her bossy doberman Duke, he practically runs the stables and makes sure everyone is in line feel free to stop in and chat with her, her door is always open and ready for riders to come for any problems they may have.
Rider accommodations: Whispering Willows has many cabins for riders, who are on summer break or choose to live on the stable property for a small monthly fee. Julia feels this a great way to have riders be closer to their horses and able to live the life a real cowboy/cowgirl. The houses come equipped with a kitchen, living/dining room and depending 2-4 bedrooms to host family boarders.
Dogs: Whispering Willows even welcomes dogs to come hang out with their horse pals. We have agility courses and obedience trials ready and waiting for them to play. Whispering Willows hosts many dog shows so grab your pooch and see if you can win the best in show. Julia has a few dog kennels that she reserves for any dogs for sale. She hates seeing dogs abandoned and wandering so she saves a special place for them as she would for any horse.
More about WW:Julia is a kind helpful person who loves teaching people all she can about horses. She does have rules for all riders to follow and likes to keep WW a safe environment for horse and human. WW also has a variety of horses and dogs that are for sale with many differnt prices please check back for updates on them as they could have price changes or be new ones on the market. WW has expirenced a horse herd living in the mountains if you catch one of these steeds it could be a treasure to sell or a pain to tame.
Jobs: WW has various jobs for riders who are in need of money so Julia has set out to find responsible riders to help out. Julia is the one and only trainer at the stable and hopes to keep it that way for now she helps all riders with their English and Western riding.

General Rules

-All of Tess' rules apply.
-Keep it PG-13, so put Time-skip when your character is mating or when your character is having a foal, just say how it is trying to stand.
-No killing,or causing permanent damage without other person permission. (like braking legs or hurting a mares foal while she is pregnant without the owner of the mother and father of the foals permission)
-Fighting over mates IS allowed
-No God modding, power playing, Mary-sues/Gary-stus, etc.
-No being your own crush/mate.
-I don't care how many characters you have just make sure to keep them active. Keep the genders balanced too.
-I have no limit on how your character looks, but you cannot have wings,etc. This is realistic, no magic or anthros.
-No textspeak. I cannot stress this,as textspeak is hard to understand and inappropiate for this type of role-play
-I expect decent grammar, punctuation, and spelling from all of you.
-I have all rights to decline your submission form.
-Respect my authority and other role-player's authority.
-Do not come expecting for everyone to get your character involved. Especially if at certain times many of the players are wrapped up. Just jump in where ever you can and get involved yourself.
-This IS a semi lit rp that means 3+ sentences or a least a good sized paragraph, you will get one warning if you fail to comply next time your out please don't make me do that. So I beg of you here and now, if you know you are not capable of a semi lit rp PLEASE Don't Join! Writers Block is understandable but not all the time.

Julianna Jeanette Rose: Is 22 years old and owns Whispering Willows, she is a World Renowned Equestrain and has traveled all around comepting. She owns two horses, a Quarter Horse named Ace, an Arabian named River Song and a doberman named Duke. Abigail Lin Plemir: Abigail is feisty and very stubborn. She considers herself 'green', in the horse world. She is oftentimes called a brat by those older than her, which fits her well. Other than being a stubborn and feisty, she can be quite romantic and even polite. She knows when to act her best, mainly to make a good impression. She has a deep love for animals and she is very tender and loving around them. She cannot help herself when she sees something she wants, which is why her parents sent her here to keep a $7,000 horse that they had no space for, nor enough money.(RP'ed by Jerome of Ohu)

Emily Leanne Carter: Emily is the kind of girl that is the one who always has a wise crack for everything. She's funny, and and it's always a pleasure to be around her. She rarely gets mad, and she loves to have fun. She loves horses, and is the person to come to if you need help, or would like to know something about a specific breed of horse. She's quite the researcher. She loves to party and have a good time, but she does know the limit. She's a very kind girl and takes pitty on almost anything hurt or alone, so don't be surprised if she's brought something to the ranch that looked like it was scared. Emily is a lover, not a fighter, and will most likely try to talk her way out of things in the most cival way possible. She has though, been in a fight before... she won, but she doesn't like to fight. She's not the fighting type. Other than that, Emily is quite the girl, and you should meet her. Cody Harts: Cody is a kind and funny guy. He loves to be around others, and usually has a 'lost' look on his face when he isn't. Cody is defiantly a flirt, always trying to make friends with the ladies. Some people may think that he looks like a snobby sort of guy when they first meet him, but he is not. He is totally fun and cool to hang out with and is willing to make friends. But, he may sound nice and all, he has his bad side. If he is positive that he likes a girl more than a friend and then someone tries to steal her, he will be mad at them. When Cody is mad, he's mad. Alberta Riversong:Bird is nice and helpful. She tends to try and help before asked. Bird loves animals and would do anything to save one. Horses

Ace of Diamonds: Ace is the lead stallion at Whispering Willows and is a very mellow stallion, he likes respect and gives it often. He is a caring helpful horse that likes to see the good in everyone especially is vain and stubborn sister River Song. Ace can be a little high strung when it comes to horses spitting insults at him, his sister, or Julia. Ace looks out for everyone and can easily turn from calm to wild if River song is hurt. He can be a showoff sometimes but all in all is a very kind Quarter Horse.(RP'ed by JJRose)

Song of the Nile: River song is classified as a vain and stubborn. most would say that is how an Arabian should be. River doesn't like her brother's leadership being questioned and won't hesitate to fight to prove she is best at something. River is only meant to be ridden by experienced riders(Julia) and has to be the center of attention. River came from the heart of Egypt and has a very thick accent that shows, many would say that makes her very attractive. She takes insults seriously and has one nasty temper it doesn't take much for her to go off. River song is very hot blooded and when she is given a reason to be angry she goes all out. River can be easy going and sweet but rarely with any horse besides her brother and possibly a crush. River is very flirtatious which gives her that attitude that she is better and prettier then everyone else.(RP'ed by JJRose)

Lady so Fine: Persephone is a very sweet mare, even loving to strangers. She is eager to please and loves to learn new things! She is nicknamed "Obesity," by Abigail for her love for treats and constant eating. She likes to set her mind on specific stallions she likes, and if she notices that a different mare has her attention on him she may spread slight rumors (like a teenager) or 'hog' the stallion, making sure to separate him from the other mare if they are kept together.(RP'ed by Jerome of Ohu)

Calypso:Calypso is what you call a Diva. She has a certain way of doing things and if you prevent her from doing them, its a mistake. She is known to bite, so approach her with caution. Emily has a sign outside her stall for a warning of this. Deep down, Calypso is a sweet, caring, and kind indiviual. She just chooses not to show it because of her lack of trust, but when she can trust you, she'll open up and begin to show you her soft side. Calypso also have some jealousy issues. She doesn't like it when someone she becomes close to, decides that they don't want to be with her, or her mates talking to another horse, or Emily riding a different horse more than her. Time's Master Piece: Hugo is real easy going. He loves to run and have fun. He is a big flirt, so don't be surprised if he's jumped the fence and is in the mare paddock flirtin' it up. He loves anyone who gives him a treat, and will let anyone ride him. He loves kids and will play with them if he can. He is very gentle. Calypso is his buddy, so they need to be in a place were they can see each other, just because Calypso is really clingy. He loves people and is very social. (RP'ed by .:Hoofbeats:.)

Diablo: Only loyal to Adriane,Friendly to people,But if anyone besides Adriane that tries to ride him has another thing coming toward them...Besides that he is pretty nice and gentle toward humans, Adriane has bonded with this horse a lot. (RP'ed by Archum)

The Devil Went Down To Georgia:Spartan Truley lives up to his name. He's a Firery, Fierce, Hard to handle stallion. He Will fight with other stallions if he wants to get to a certain mare and the other stallions are in his way to her. He is wild at heart, though he is a tame horse. He loves to run and cause trouble around the barn, but he means nothing by it. He Is for experienced riders only, because he tries to act up while riding him, and he is know for injuring a few riders in the past. Spartan, can be a sweetie, but you have to be on his good side, which is very few. He Doesn't Like To talk About his history.... too painful. But he has made a good recovery... except he is a bit hard to handle... and it's hard to earn his trust. He is owned by Julia as a School Horse For Experienced Riders Only. (RP'ed by.:Hoofbeats:.)

Russian Rose: She's a great friend if you stay on her good side. She' s a bit mysterious, very intelligent, and answers questions about her home country of Russia, but only when she feels like it. She speaks with a thick Russian accent, and also speaks Russian fluently. She speaks English well, but not as well as Russian.(Rp'ed by HorseJess)

Sterling Steal My Heart:Sterling is a very charismatic horse, when he senses you are sad, he nuzzles you. When he senses you are happy, he neighs, too, and so on. He loves to be around people (Mostly Artie) and is very protective of the people he trusts. However, like Artie, he is very stubborn and loves to explore places that may not be very safe while on trails.(Rp'ed by Bat)

My Dreams Are Dun:Dun is a kind stallion, yet can be moody. He is quite a charmer, always trying to impress the mares. He is very energetic and happy, usually found galloping in the pasture or prancing in the stall. When he's saddled up, he is prancing too. He wants to jump, or just run.(Rp'ed by SpottyTheUnicorn)

I'm an Austrailian Hotty: Aussie takes after Cody. He is flirty, but fun and kind. Though he does have his bad days when he doesn't want to work and will be a naughty brat. He has lots of those days. Dogs

Duke: Duke is the master of the stable yard and of the house Julia and he live in, he keeps dogs and horses alike in line and out of harm's way. Julia though is his main priority and he guards her with his life, at night he patrols the yard and cabins to be sure everything is as it's supposed to be before turning in at night next to his mistris's feet. By day he marks his territory and shows he really is the alpha dog, he likes to hunt on occasion but enjoys an easy meal of kibble once in awhile. Don't you dare mess with Julia when he's around, you might just find your self on the ground at his level. (RP'ed by JJRose)

Maple: Maple is your typical leader; strict, serious, and of course she makes sure everyone respects her authority (even though she has none). However, most of the time she is rather playful. There are times when she can be clingy. When she sees someone she's interested in (puppeh luff), she can be both annoying and romantic. Bailey: Bailey is a lovable fuzzball, who will play fetch at anytime of day. She loves to be around people, and will help around the barn. She's very good at retrieving things. She is very protective over the things she loves, and will defend them with her life. She is a life time companion, and is very loyal. She is a very organized and some days thinks she has OCD. She hates people messing with her horses and posessions. Julia will help anyone in need including a homeless dog horse etc. She has always believed that her butt belongs in the saddle and that horses are a girls life. But as she grows older and sees all her friends get married she wonders if she is wrong. Julia doesn't like it when people mess with her things, do anything dangerous that could jeopardize the stables reputation, or touch her horses without her being present or at least asking first. Ace and River are very dear to her and when she sees a stranger near them her usual calm demeanor turns into a blowout shout fest.


History
Julianna was born a normal girl in a normal town. She grew up loving horses but never had one of her own until she was about 13. Julia grew up in the state of Ohio in a city called Cinncinati a place nearest to Kentucky where the racing world began. Her horse's name was Lady of the Water, also known as Pearl. Pearl was her everything, first ride, first fall, first win, first loss. They were inseperable. Julia had a dream.. and if she had known her dream would be reality she would never had tried as hard as she did. Pearl and Julia traveled the U.S comepting in the worlds most rigorous competitions. Julia was a world renowned sensation but it always came with a price. Pearl was coming of age, and it showed in their last competition together when the mare faltered over a jump and fell with Julia clasped on her back. The mare never saw a show ring again. It took Julia months to get over her loss but finally had the oppurtunity to once again start something special.. and his name was Ace.

History
Ace came into the world with boldness and a leadership that no one could ever understand. He stood only minutes after birth and showed great promise since. The colt's mother died a few days after he was born and he looked to Julia for motherly support. The girl had purchased his mother a few months after Pearl died, she was abused, emaciated and in desperate need of some love. During her gestation Julia did everything in her power to keep his mother well, when she died Julia found she had left what piece of her she could. He grew up a stubborn and spoiled stallion but serious about competing, he trained with Julia for hours and perfected his skills. He opened Julia back into the competing world and gave her hope and love. He was he companion but never tried to replace what she once lost, he asks nothing of her all he wants to do is win.

Julianna drove her truck through the rolling hills of Laramie Wyoming, mountains were on each side of the road followed by a large expanse of land where wild horses could have ran through. Arianna could hear her horses Ace and River Song around in the trailer that was hitched up to her truck. They were in darkness with only some slats to see and smell the mountain air. Her large doberman Duke sat in the passenger seat beside her looking out the window and panting like any dog would. Juliana laughed and reached over to pet the dog wondering what his fascination was with the wind. Empty land became farmland all to see and the large gates that marked the entrance to Whuispering Willows approached, sensing that they were drawing near by Julianna's heightned axiety; Duke barked sharply alerting the horses as well. The woman pulled down the long drive and slowed near the barn smiling, Julia pulled up to the barn and parked before turning off the truck and getting out slowly. Her choclate brown eyes looked all around the stable yard and she flicked her curly black hair back wondering where anyone was. Her boots scraped the ground when she moved. Julia's loose plaid shirt billowed in the wind and her jeans were nice and snug ready for riding. The stable was as the woman had expected trashed and in ruin, the barn was in need of repainting, the pasture fences were broken and old. Julia stepped towards the barn and noticed the same with the areanas. Inside wasn't much better. Stall doors off their hinges the smell of manure and old hay. This place was in need of some serious work, she sighed and wondered what she had gotten herself into. The woman knew she would have to fix most of this up before any boarders came but for now she needed to unload her horses and unpack. A long road lay ahead and Julia was strapped down and ready

History
Calypso was on her last days when Emily bought her. She had been to several differnet homes before, and they kept returning her to the shelter because of Calypso's biting incedents. Calypso vowed not to trust humans ever again. She's bitten numerous people, and was going to be put down because of it. Emily saw Calypso when her parents took her to find her first horse. She chose Calypso, although her parents tried to persuade her not too, Emily had a connection to this horse from the start. Calypso resisted Emily's attempts to make friends with her, but she slowly began to give in. After months of trying, they were able to start training, and they are inseperable. Calypso only trusts Emily, and will show it.
