Rose nodded as Akuma walked away. She turned to Jataerix "I suppose you can be in my group. You will be a great help to us all." Rose started thinking about what the girl had said about her being human. "You really think she was human?"

Jataerix shrugged. "Possibly. She seemed to get... emotional when I mentioned the humans. Maybe she's opting out because she doesn't want to kill her friends. And thanks," she added.

"No problem." Rose said still bewildered about the girl. She walked off thinking.

There you are, she thought. Dace had no qualms about killing one of them; it was the humans' planet first. Her heartbeat slowed, as it usually did before a kill and her mind focused. The tip of her gun flashed in the light like a silver spark.

Akuma listened, he decided the human was calculateing the kill. Then he desolived into shadows. Figureing it was time to end this. He re-appered where he figured the human was, and stood behind her. He smiled slightly. He loved doing this to his targets, seeing their shocked expressions. But his mind was still elsewhere.

Jataerix sighed, relieved that Rose had forgotten about the bombed forest and glad that she was accepted in the attack. She walked outside and flew up to the roof, and sharpened her sword.

"i just thought I would offer,"She said.She relized it was getting dark out and sighed."I should probably head back to the castle now.They might wonder why I've been gone a while.Perhaps we could see each other again sometime?"Suri said.

Kyle shrugged, looking away and setting the cat gently down. "Sure... and tell me if you see Lucy." he said, then turned and started walking away.

Suri nodded and picked up Grace.She held her tightly so she would not fall when she flew.Her wings spread and with a flap she lifted off and flew back to the castle.She flew in the window to her room and landed with a huff on her bed.She set Grace down on her other pillow and sighed.She put her knife on her dresser and lay back down on her bed.She was tired.

Jake flew over the city, each wing beat amking a soft thwump.he wondered if he would see anyone.
