I am working on a piece of art with a Snowy Owl in it as well.

Only thing I would say looks a little off is the beak; little too long and pointy thin. Perhaps make it a little fatter on the right and shorter. That would center it better as well.

Really good job on the eyes! I haven't started my eyes yet but hope I manage to get them pretty good as well. ^^
