She wouldn't even be able to speak, though. Damage to the left side of the brain would cause problems in speech, especially if she were dead for an hour (which may actually be medically impossible the more I think about it), in which case she would probably be braindead or close to it.

If you were her brother, I doubt you'd be typing in first person. Surely third person would make much more sense, in order to cause less confusion for whoever is reading the posts?
