Personality: Balina is pretty old for a stray, and as a result is very "world weary". Saying that, she's got a good brain and a sharp tongue. She doesn't like the fact that sometimes she's treated as a "senior" as while she's a little stiffer than she was in her youth, Balina is still able to run away at a moments notice.
History: Balina was abandoned as a puppy, and had to learn to live rough from the age of three months. She met Amira's father when she was nine years old, pretty old to consider having pups. He left her once he found she was pregnant, and she was left to bring Amira and three stillborns into the world by herself.

This is only one example of her fierce loyalty. She almost does not have it in her to be loving and caring, as she was raised to be a ruthless fighter. However, her softer side is revealed when playing with her son, Miru.
History: Amira was raised by her mother, Balina, and has always lived on the streets. She was mated by another stray dog, who simply left her once the courtship was complete. Thus, enter Miru.

Balina

The elderly dog picked her way through a spattering of dustbins, her frail legs shaking with exhaustion and eyes portraying the pain within her battered, bruised frame. She and her family had been chased from a butchers shop upon attempting to steal a steak- Amira could easily have managed the theft, but they all had to make room for Balina's unsteadiness.

Amira

Amira was trying hard not to let all the annoyance she felt seep out into her mother's emotions- if Balina had been resting in an alley then they'd have been fed. If Balina could move faster, they'd have a full stomach. But no- oh, no!- she had to come along and ruin the "chase". As she ripped open a binbag with her sharp teeth, it's contense spilled out, putrid and slimy, but Amira gulped it down. A few moments later she was wretching in the corner.

Miru

The young dog did not understand the annoyance radiating from his mother in waves, he could only assume...his thoughts were interupted as Balina sunk chest deep into a put of rubbishbags. She floudered in irritation, and waited for her daughter to pull her out. Inevitably, she did and they continued on their journey to nowhere.

History: Her owner is from Florida in the US, and she got separated from her at the airport and escaped out onto the streets,

description/picture: She has a bald body ,which does well in the heat of Florida and Peru. It's spotted pale pink and brown. She has tufts of pale brown fur on her legs, tail, ears and head. She also has a collar, which is pink with little rhinestones.

She flopped down by a trashcan, and began to lick her pads, which were sore and cut by the rough pavement.

Breed: Greyhound and pitbull mix
Personality: Not very social, Pablo is laid-back and sort of lazy. He doesn't care who does what, as long as nothing and no one bothers him. He's okay around dogs younger than him and he likes pups (thinks they're so cute xD), but with dogs his own age, especially male, he gets annoyed. Fights aren't really his thing, but he can hold his own.
History: Pablo used to live with a little boy until the family moved away, so now, he's a stray and either way, he really doesn't care. As long as he can eat and sleep, he's fine. The local clerk at the fish store remembers him, and often throws half a fish out to him when he sees the dog. No one else seems to notice the big brute.

Breed: Saluki
Personality: Quiet, Dymeria often keeps to herself and observes from the shadows. She doesn't interact much with anyone, preferring to stay by herself. Sort of skittish, but equally as vicious, Dymeria is also very fast. If she sees something that she knows she can't handle, she's out of the area like a shot. Other than that, she is wary and catious of everyone she doesn't get a good vibe from, though she has a cold and cruel streak that can scare others. Which is way she tends to be a loner.
History: Born a stray, even if she is a purbred. Dymeria's mother was lost from her owners, and so remained a stray because she found it hard to get along with other people. Her mother was a hot-tempered old thing, and Dymeria was never too fond of her, really. When her mother was attacked by some of 'The Pack', the young Saluki merely turned and slipped away.
