Need creative artists!! Will pay well!!

Im working on my persona, Flame. I want creative touches on her. Normally, she's a horse, but Im open to new forms. I would love love lovve of some artists would play with her design on new line arts. I want the design to stay close to my ref (especially the mane and feathering) but I also want new touches. I like the eye volor too, but please add your own touches.
