Kaia noticed that Tom was looking into her eyes and she blushed slightly. "You want me to come Marina?" Kaia asked hoping that she would say yes. She didn't think she wanted to be with anyone else other than Marina at the moment. Strangely enough, Marina and her appeared to be becoming fast friends and Kaia liked the feeling of being able to trust someone. Marina didn't seem to be trying to change her to be what she felt she should be and for that Kaia was thankful.

Why, you stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking Nerf herder!
Who's scruffy-looking?
....
I don't know where you get your delusions, laser brain.
....
Come on, admit it. Sometimes you think I'm all right.
Occasionally, maybe... when you aren't acting like a scoundrel.
Scoundrel? Scoundrel? I like the sound of that.
I love you.
I know.

Kaia smiled at Marina and broke eye contact with Tom. She hurried toward Marina and said, "Nope!" When she caught up with Marina she gave a sigh of relief. "Thank you so much!" Kaia whispered as they walked.
(Its fine. I'm patient haha xD)

Kaia noticed Marina's tone of voice as she asked her about 'Solumb.' Kaia hesitated to say 'Yes I noticed he was the Avatar!' especially since it was Cioke's choice to tell others. So instead she settled with "It depends on what you're looking for. I've noticed he's cute!" Kaia said in a teasing voice. She wondered if Marina knew that Cioke was the Avatar as well and was trying to figure out if she also knew.

Kaia sighed with relief and said "Oh good, you knew too?" Well that was one less thing that was on Kaia's chest. She noticed Marina blushing and grinned at her. "Ooooh do you like someone?" Kaia's tone of voice was very teasing and slightly sarcastic since it was very obvious. "No worries I can keep a secret" Kaia giggled and took time to look around the cave.

Marina blushed brighter, and smiled softly. " thank you." she said, her eyes sparkling in the soft light. She looked around, finding a small crystal, shaped like an arrow, and held the water up to it, then removed it. The crystal held it's glow, and marina shifted a piece of ice below it, revealing a great many sacks of coal. She selected two, moving the ice back into place, handing one to Kaia, and hefted the other over her shoulder. "here we go!" she said brightly. "this will keep us warm for a while!"
