Hello there, I see you have stumbled across my Warriors Fan Fiction, Five Seperate Paths. You may be wondering why it's called that, right? Well, Five Seperate Paths is about five very different cats who are all part of a prophecy that says that they will save the Clans from something, but it is unknown what it is. The five cats are Dawnheart, the medicine cat of MossyClan and PineClan's leader's sister, Squirreltail, the deputy of PineClan, Greystar, the leader of IvyClan, Lightningpaw, an apprentice of BreezeClan, and Raven, a rogue.

Each post (except for the prologue) will be written from one of the main characters' point of view. I will write whose point of view it is at the top of each post, and I will write from each cat's point of view for a few posts (except for the prologue; that's just one post.)

Leader:
Hazelstar, a tom with brown seal-point fur and hazel eyes. Formerly Hazeleyes.
Deputy:
Blueheart, a she-cat with “blue” classic tabby fur and blue eyes.
Medicine Cat:
Dawnheart, a she-cat with golden mackerel tabby fur and lighter “mittens” and tail tip and bright green eyes. She is half PineClan. One of the main characters.
Medicine Cat Apprentice:

Warriors:
Shadowheart, a she-cat with dark brown mackerel tabby fur and dark blue eyes.
Rainpelt, a tom with greyish-blue fur and amber eyes.
Poppyheart, a she-cat with reddish-golden fur and black-brown “mittens” and amber eyes.
Falconfeather, a tom with brown fur and golden-brown bits of fur on chest and back of head, like a (brown) falcon, and green eyes. He is half IvyClan.
Mistclaw, a small greyish-blueish tom with pale blue eyes.
Apprentices:
Ravenpaw, a tom with black fur and a patch of white on the back of his and his ears and dark blue eyes. Mentored by Shadowheart.
Goldenpaw, a she-cat with golden spotted tabby fur and amber eyes. She is mentored by Falconfeather.
Icepaw, a she-cat with white fur and bi-coloured eyes, her left eye is blue (and she's deaf in her left ear) and her right eye is amber. Mentored by Poppyheart.
Queens and their kits:
Littlebranch, a small she-cat with light brown broken mackerel tabby fur, white mittens, white muzzle, white chest, white tail tip and light green eyes. Taking care of her's and Hazelstar's kits.
Leafkit, a she-kit with light brown mackerel tabby fur and green eyes.
Brownkit, a tom with dark brown classic tabby fur and hazel eyes.
Silversong, a she-cat with light silvery-grey fur and sky-blue eyes. Expecting Snowfur's kits, but everyone believes they will be Falconfeather's kits.
Elders:
Flame, a she-cat with dark brown-red spotted tabby fur and amber eyes. Formerly a rogue who joined the Clan at a young age and refused to take on a proper Clan name.

PineClan
Leader:
Duskstar, a tom with dark brown fur with lighter patches of fur around his body, darker patches of fur on chest and ears and dark blackish-brown “mittens” and amber eyes. He is half MossyClan.
Deputy:
Squirreltail, a small tom with black fur with a bushy squirrel-like tail and white mittens and light blue eyes.
Medicine Cat:
Cloudpelt, a she-cat with light greyish-blue fur and large dark greyish-blueish patches of fur, like storm clouds, and dark blue eyes.
Medicine Cat Apprentice:
Cinderfoot, a tom with light grey fur and darker grey mittens and amber eyes.

Shadepaw, a tom with very dark greyish-blue fur and dark blue eyes. Mentored by Snowfur.
Nightpaw, a tom with long, black fur and bi-coloured eyes, the left eye is dark blue and the right one is light green. Mentored by Cherryheart

Doveflight, a small she-cat with pale greyish-white fur and amber eyes. Expecting Moonfur's kits.
Owleye, a she-cat with dilute caliby fur and large amber eyes. Taking care of her's and Squirreltail's kits.
Reedkit, a she-kit with cinnamon caliby fur that is longer on her neck, tail and legs and she has pale green eyes.
Amberkit, a small tom with seal lynx point fur and amber eyes.
Elders:
Hailstorm, a blind tom with blue lynx point fur.

IvyClan
Leader:
Greystar, a she-cat with grey mackerel tabby fur and blue eyes.
Deputy:
Bramblethorn, a tom with long, seal lynx point fur and deep blue eyes.
Medicine Cat:
Mintyheart, a small she-cat with reddish-gold mackerel tabby fur and amber eyes.

Stonedust, a tom with dark greyish-blue broken mackerel tabby fur and blue eyes. He is half MossyClan.
Redheart, a she-cat with reddish-golden fur and amber eyes.
Snakefang, a small tom with dark grey broken mackerel tabby fur and amber eyes. He is half MossyClan.
Eagletalon, a tom with seal lynx point fur and deep blue eyes.
Apprentices:
Treepaw, a tom with brown classic tabby fur and green eyes. Mentored by Redheart.

Sunnystep, a small she-cat with golden fur and green eyes. Expecting Bramblethorn's kits.
Willowleaf, a she-cat with long seal lynx point fur and deep blue eyes. Expecting Snakefang's kits.
Elders:
Scarfire, a she-cat with ragged brownish golden fur and pale blue eyes, and the right eye has a scratch on it. Used to be called Goldenheart, but got renamed a few weeks before she became an elder.

BreezeClan
Leader:
Fernstar, a she-cat with long, brown broken mackerel tabby fur and bright green eyes.
Deputy:
Gingertail, a small tom with red fur with a fluffy tail and hazel eyes. Gingertail is a temporary deputy, because the actual deputy is taking care of kits.
Medicine Cat:
Brokendawn, a she-cat with long, golden fur and amber eyes. She used to be called Dawnpaw, but she broke one of her legs shortly before getting her “full” name, and she was given the name Brokendawn.
Medicine Cat Apprentice:
None

Hawkshadow, a tom with dark brown broken mackerel tabby fur and dark blue eyes.
Amberfur, a she-cat with amber tabby fur and hazel eyes
Wolftail, a tom with dilute caliby fur and amber eyes.

Lilyfern, a she-cat with “blue” spotted tabby fur and hazel eyes. Currently expecting Hawkshadow's kits. Lilyfern is the deputy, but currently Gingertail is the temporary deputy while she's a queen.

Medicine Cat of BreezeClan

Brokendawn sighed as she walked around her camp. What will I tell Dewstar? she thought, worried. She didn't want to tell her leader that BreezeClan has lost yet another warrior to green cough, but she knew she had to. She was more worried about what her dream had meant, however. Brokendawn breathed in a lot of air, closed her eyes, and walked to her leader's den. "Dewstar?" she said in a quiet voice.
"Whose there?" a voice said from inside the den, beyond the lichen that was hanging from the top of the entrance to the den. "Is that you, Brokendawn?"
Brokendawn gulped. That's not Dewstar... That's Fernlight! she thought, then she gasped. Oh no... I hope he didn't die, too! He only had one life left... she thought, scared. "Yes. May I come in?" she asked after a few moments of silence.
"Yes." Fernlight said. Brokendawn sighed and walked in, and nearly jumped out of her fur when she caught the horrible scent in the leader's den. She saw Fernlight lying down beside the body of an elderly black cat, and Brokendawn noticed the horrible stench was coming from the black cat. Brokendawn walked towards Fernlight, and realized she was beside Dewstar. Brokendawn's eyes widened, and she looked at Fernlight, wondering what she was thinking of.
"Fernlight? I-is that D-Dewstar?" she asked after a few minutes of silence.
Fernlight nodded. "He died. I don't know how, but he did. He was healthy yesterday, but I guess he may of gotten green cough from being near all the sick cats. Why'd you come here, Brokendawn?" she asked.
"W-well, I had a strange dream. I didn't know what it meant, so I wanted to ask Dewstar if he had any ideas of what it might be about."
"Mm-hmm... Well, I think you'll have to tell him next time you go to the Moon-falls. Speaking of which, I believe you're supposed to follow me there so I can get my nine lives, right?" Fernlight said.
"Yes, but I think maybe we should wait until the morning and tell the Clan the news. Or, at least, what's left of the Clan.

Chapter 1
Lightningpaw
Apprentice of BreezeClan
"Wake up!" Lightningpaw felt someone nudge her a bit to the side.
"What is it?" She yawned. Lightningpaw opened an eye and noticed that there was very little light entering the apprentice den. She sighed and wondered if she had only heard the voice.
"Good. You're awake." she heard a voice, the same voice, from behind her and she nearly jumped out of her fur. She turned around to see her mentor, Hawkshadow, staring at her with a smirk on his face.
"You scared me!" she gasped. Why is he so happy? she wondered, confused. His father died two days ago... That is no reason at all to be happy!
"Well, sorry." He said sarcastically. "You need to train. Because our Clan has less than half of the cats there where at leaf-fall, you'll need to train extra hard now." You forgot to mention that your mate is going to have for kits, according to Brokendawn. Then there will be exactly half the amount of cats the Clan had. Lightningpaw thought bitterly.
"Come on." Hawkshadow said, and then walked away. Lightningpaw sighed and followed him to a small clearing near the camp where they always trained. Lightningpaw sighed and noticed how empty it looked with all of the other apprentices and most of their mentors dead. She closed her eyes for a few seconds and remembered how it was like before the outbreak of green cough.

Lightningpaw opened her eyes after remembering her Clan at leaf-fall, and noticed her mentor was starting to smell a bit like the other cats who where sick. There was a strange, sort of sweet but bitter scent, and he was coughing. Lightningpaw's eyes widened, and she ran to the camp in search of the medicine cat. She looked in all the dens, but then remembered Brokendawn had her own den. Just like me... I remember when it was so crowded in the apprentice den, but now it's so empty... she thought, and sighed. Oh well, at least not all of us are dead. But why am I, of all the apprentices, the only one still alive? There where so many other apprentices, and most of them where older than me. Surely they should of lived? she wondered. She didn't notice that she was walking while she was thinking, and she nearly crashed into a tree. Well, since when was there a tree in the camp? she wondered. Then she realized that she had walked out of camp.
Oops. she thought, then turned around and went back to camp, and then went straight to the medicine cat's den. When she entered, she was greeted by a den full of the scent of death and sickness, and also a faint smell of Brokendawn and some herb she didn't know. Isn't cat mint the cure for green cough? she wondered. She walked towards Brokendawn so she could tell her that Hawkshadow got sick. Or at least, I think he did... she thought.
"Brokendawn?" she said when she got to her medicine cat.
"Ah! You startled me, Lightningpaw." Brokendawn said after nearly jumping. She is a very jumpy cat. I think Fernstar said that ever since her leg got run over, she got very jumpy and scared, but so far I've only seen her jumping a lot... she thought.
"Sorry, but I think Hawkshadow is sick. I heard him coughing, and he was right in front of me, and he also smelled like the other cats did when they where alive and sick." she said. Suddenly, she felt a bit more worried than she did before she approached Brokendawn, because she realized that if he died, BreezeClan would only have 3 warriors and the deputy, plus the leader who has nine lives and a queen, and possibly four kits. What if we start needing rogues to join our Clan? she wondered. I hope that will never happen... I hate rogues.
