Goblin sighed in defeat. "I hope you find what you're looking for, Toxic," he murmured. "If you can't find it here, then it's out there somewhere. You will a-always be welcome here, I know Dru will a-at least give you th-that."

Goblin flashed his eyes toward her, "A-ah, ok."

She pressed her nose against his. "I love you, Goblin. Always have since I saw you." she flicked her tail, and ran into the woods.

Cage lapped at the cool clear water from a stream. Lifting her head, water dripping off her chin, she looked around, at ease in this strange forest. She ran her tongue around her jaws, yawned, then left the stream bank and trotted down a trail of wolf-smell.

Toxic caught a rabbit for the run. She felt bad, but she had to leave. Toxic knew she belonged with someone somewhere.

Cage sniffed a tree, then padded to another and sniffed that as well. Interesting smells met her nose; the smells of a pack. Cage laughed to herself. "Well, I did say I wanted an exciting day," she woofed.
