"Much better, now try it faster." Erica replied with a pleased smile. It was always better to do the move slowly the first time and then faster the next.

"Alright then" he said smiling and doing it faster again

Erica nodded, "Good, well done. Alright the last move I'm going to teach you works like this. It's a simple block for an under handed thrust." She explained. It was an importanr move to know. "Watch." She went through it slowly and then again faster. "Your turn now."

"Alright then" He said nodding and did it slow the first time and then sped up the second time hoping he had done it correctly

Raina smiled at his agreement. "lets go!" she cheered. She lifted herself off his bed and headed straight for the door.

"Nice, good, now keep practicing those moves till you don't have to think about them and I'll show you a few more." Erica told him with a grin. "You can keep the knife too." She pulled and sheath out and handed it to him.

Tiragan rose with an inhuman grace and then followed her to the door, reaching it first and opening it up for her.

"Thanks Erica" He said taking it from her and putting the knife in it "So how much do you know about martial arts?"
